The Bed KLCC

WORST experience of my life. I have been DENIED ENTRY to the room I PAID FOR!!! Because i did not have the 50 myr deposit they have sneakily asked for after the booking was finalized, not before. This is a breach of contract (hidden fee) and against the law fyi. I told them i paid for the room with my last money and i cant pay for deposit and if i knew i wouldn't book this place... i offered to give my passport instead or the 10 myr that i had left which was literally my last money... they refused all of my offers and they also refused to give me a refund. And they literally stranded me on the street for the room I PAID FOR! I miracelously found the 50 myr for deposit and got into the room eventually. But the stress they put me through was inhumane. ZERO EMPATHY OR HUMANITY WHATSOEVER. COGS OF THE CORPARATE MACHINE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU WANNA FEEL WELCOMED.

The shower doors did not close well in the K section so water got on the outside of the shower. The sink in K15 didn't work, I was going to use it to brush my teeth so others could use the full washroom but I was not able to do that

Excellent location! Petronas towers is just a walk away! So is the mrt station. The pod itself was clean and comfortable. Overall, Great value for the price. The doors in the shower area can’t be locked

The room was cold.

The AC was too cold but it is regulated centrally so even you have your own room you can't choose the temperature. But staff was very nice and offered me a second duvet to sleep under which I gladly accepted. After check-out you can't go back to the common area to hang out. (But they can store luggage for you).

Near to monorel and walking distance to klcc

Honestly, there wasn’t much to like. The stay was quite disappointing overall. None of the rooms had windows, and there was no common space to meet or interact with other travelers. The breakfast was extremely poor — honestly one of the worst I’ve had. I’ve stayed in more than 20 hostels, and this was by far the worst experience. There were also no hostel-organized trips or activities, which made the stay even more disappointing.

The service is very bad. My bed is too noisy, and the bar outside is noisy until midnight. I want to change the bed. The Malay at the front desk made up all kinds of lies and won't change it. The bathroom smells bad.

Everything was great, except for the ice cold air conditioning in the room, I had to sleep in a hoodie.

Almost every employee was super nice! Emplyees constantly looking for tips

If you want to eat breakfast need to go early after 9.00 am food almost done , so they not refill anymore

Great staff, excellent food, clean rooms, and excellent location that is central to everything.

Location. Cleanliness. Staff. Sharing with others always has its shortcoming - ignorant guests who lack common courtesy.

Quite a nice room for single traveller. Comfy and close to KL nightlife. I wish there is an extra pillow. Not a complain, just a wishlist. lol.
