The location Staff appeared to be friendly. 1. Cockroaches in the room! 5 cockroaches in 3 nights.????? 2. Dirty sheet and walls 3. Mattress was basically nonexistent. The springs were worn out and concaved as soon as you put any weight on it. 4. Room was not cleaned the entire stay. We asked them to spray bug spray for the cockroaches and when we got back the duvet and sheets were just thrown on the bed in a bundle. 5. Floors were sticky. 6. Wet bathroom- and the taps were leaking. I wouldn't go in there barefoot. 7. Aircon was leaking, and it's above the headboard so water was splashing on us, when we told them it's leaking they said it's okay ??♀️ 8. Asked for a toilet paper when we checked in got 1 and only got another one on our 3rd night when we asked for it again. 9. Amenities are non existent, It says the room has a desk to work there is a little wall mounted shelf and no chair in the room. 10. Hangers were broken.

There is no breakast I don't undertand how people cna put good remarks for this hotel. It is a prostitute hotel beaucouse the only thong that had in the room cas condoms ang lubrifiants. No one came to clean the room during six days. I had to buy my own toilet paper. There were insects ine the room and no hot water. I had an old towels for 6 days and and kind of bed sheet that was tidy and a blanket thant looked dirty. I told the receptionnist at the end of my trip. There are so good hotels ine KL and its not my first travel. I was shocked that the romm had nothing but only condoms and sexual products
