Location, staff is helpful and kind, specially the desk check in and check out. Room is small but functional. Some hosts are peepers.

I come to this hotel every two weeks because I have an outside job and have never moved to another hotel. Not because it is cheap, but because the employees there are very friendly and like to help and provide solutions.the moment that I can't forget is when the room was full and there's was no special room for a single bedroom, they gave me a double deluxe room at the price of a single deluxe room. That story made me feel touched by their work in solving problems without any problems with each other..

Room not very clean. Used cups were stacked onto unused cups. First incident- I took a cup & noticed there was a rim of coffee stain inside the cup. Second incident - a staff got a cup from the tray, filled it with water from the dispenser. After drinking the water he stacked back the cup on top of the clean cup. Both these cups were stacked with their openings on top of the bottom of the unused cup. These happened at the complimentary coffee table in front of the receptionist.

And for the bunk bed really not safety cause it may fall when climbing up the stairs, The room need to be more clean

It’s main door is secure with automatic locks and with CCTV cameras We asked to make up the room but no one did. Also we overheard one staff arguing with a customer.

There were cockroaches in the bathroom and they also charged me an extra 20 Malaysian bucks when I arrived. I didn't say anything, but I don't like things that aren't clear.

I love the overall experience being at the hotel. The staff are amazing. The location is close to everything.

The staff was excellent and they are the heart of this hotel. I considered changing hotel and they were the reason to why I stayed. They did everything to accommodate me as best as they could when I raised certain issues and concerns. I was staying there for work as well and if you're going to be there for a long time, you will have Internet issues. I needed internet connectivity to do my job and my first few nights there, it was a challenge. I had to go and buy a portable router so that I could have consistent Internet without interruptions.
