Room was well maintained, breakfast with Option was great. In room dining option was limited, socket/plug was limited.

Cleanliness ? The hotel’s breakfast spread was amazing - from Malay, Indian & Chinese cuisines to pastries. The view from our hotel room was scenic - a panoramic view of KL’s skyscrapers with KLCC getting its main character aura. The accessibility to great KL landmarks - KLCC, Bukit Bintang and Central Market via the nearest rapidKL Bukit Nanas & Dang Wangi. KLCC is also just a walking distance away from the hotel - 15mins walk. We'll probably come back here for our next trip to KL! There was a water interruption on one of the days during our stay but everything was handled well by the staff.

Very nice breakfast with lots of offerings even though they didn't have bacon (a requirement of mine). They also had salted butter if you asked for it, but at least they had it. Location is nice, close to monorail and metro stations, a 7-11 and the Hard Rock Cafe. A bit of a logjam out front, though, since they were fixing the pavement. NO BACON (yes, I know it's a Muslim country, but breakfast isn't breakfast without bacon -- and beef bacon doesn't count). Band playing at the lobby bar was way too loud, no way to talk. No local beers available, just Tiger and Carlsberg (yawn).

we loved our family suite it was big nice room with walk in closet and 2 toilets, even the view was amazing looking for KL tower, loved the lighting in the room specially in the dresser area. also amazing location everything is next to you, 5 to 10min walking distance breakfast is good with lots of options, room service also nice and fast. all was good nothing to complain about, keep up the good work !

I was worried at first because I read some reviews that mentioned the room stuff was dated! But the room was surprisingly very clean, and the bathroom was completely renewed with both bathtub and cabin, so you could use whatever you prefer. The beds, sheets, and pillow were very comfortable. AC worked perfectly. The room had a view of city and twin towers. There was no bad smelling at all inside the rooms. The staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was nice and with a variety of foods, we could choose to have what type of breakfast. The location was great, close to twin towers by 10-15 minutes walking. I did not use pool as I went mostly out for visiting city and after 2 days went to Langkawi, but I checked it was clean too. The check-in went very smoothly. I enjoyed it a lot. Highly recommended. Nothing:)

Well located with Hard Rock connected with the hotel. Good pool and nice cafe bar It is not a super new building

I have got the twin towers view from my room. The staff was very helpful. I like everything about the property.

The room would remain extremely cold even when the air conditioner was switched off. The blankets would also be super cold. Apart from this, the stay was good and the location was convenient.

One of the best hotel... Staff very friendly, professional. We checked in a bit late but the receptionist ( I believe Ms Azka) was very helpful & always smile, We ask the room with twin tower view and we have it. Housekeeping also very good, breakfast were excellent . Hotel in the prime location just 5 minutes to twin tower. Exceptional experience , very recommended. Thank you and definitely we will come back again. ?
