Rooms were very clean, comfortable and spacious. Buffet breakfast was amazing with so many different options. Excellent location in the heart of the city, walking distance to main shopping centres. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great amenities and beautiful room. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff. The elevator. Made no sense to go up to lobby on 39th floor in order to change elevators to come down to ground floor. It wasted time.

Kuala Lumpur’s perfect base for exploration awaits. The room is incredibly comfortable and warm, with ample electric sockets for charging devices and working on my laptop. The TV is great, and the hot shower is incredibly easy to use. The staff is friendly, the food is fantastic, and the in-room dining options are amazing. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to reach shops, restaurants, and public transportation. I’ll definitely be back!

The club purchase is very valuable. You can have breakfast at 38F with view and evening cocktail with night view and drinks at 37F lounge. The room has nice city view as well. Very nice hotel service which provided options for pillows and ear plugs. Common facilities in 2F. Sauna and steam sauna are not hot. Jacuzzi is weak. It ran out of towels and no one to clean up used towels left at locker and used cups by the sink.

The location My stay at Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur was very disappointing. The staff was very terrible and the customer care service was extremely poor. I did not feel welcomed or supported during my visit, and overall the experience did not meet expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff at the hotel was absolutely helpful and professional, the room was amazingly clean and spacious, the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on, and the view from the room was stunning.
