The only real advantage of this hotel is its excellent location. I would also like to recognize the concierge, bellmen, and luggage assistance team, who were welcoming, professional, and by far the best part of the experience. This hotel does not meet the standards expected of a five-star property. The cleanliness was disappointing, and the furniture is outdated and shows clear signs of wear. The towels were among the worst I have ever encountered despite staying at many hotels around the world—they were in such poor condition that we chose not to use them. The reception staff were not welcoming and gave the impression that they were unhappy to be there, which created a poor first impression. Overall, the hotel offers poor value for the price, and apart from its location, I found very little that reflects a true five-star experience. I genuinely believe this property should be re-evaluated and its star rating reconsidered.

The pool restaurant staff in general everything was very slow

We did not like the room setup Lobby on the top, have to go up then come down. The room layout is no good. Bathroom all open, no privacy.

Location and friendly staff The room was not very clean, the moment you walk in and see the first seat that was stained. Have photos. Under the bed dusty, floors show many marks… the list goes on.

The room was fantastic

large rooms, grand breakfast making for a great start to our day. The views of the Petronas towers from our room were amazing, our room on Level 31 was directly facing the towers without any obstruction, and the floor to ceiling windows to add to the XL views. Breakfast on the 37th Floor was equally amazing giving us a city line view of the entire City. This hotel is unbeatable for location and room size. The bathroom could do with a bit more privacy.

Strategic place for those who have conference in KLCC convention centre and those who wants to shopping. Also nearby park so can do morning run Nothing

Excellent Location, Staff and facilities. The pool was amazing. Breakfast was fabulous!! There is no smoking area anywhere near the pool. Which means for ppl who smoke they need to actually exit the building. This means going up to the lobby and then getting the elevator to the ground floor. This was extremely inconvenient.

Nothing, all good

For breakfast, the hotel provided a wide spread of choice of food and drinks. I was glad to taste a few unfamiliar healthy dishes. We had dinner in our room last night. Though what we ordered were just simple nasi ayam, cur udang and lasagna, but they were all exceptionally good. Alhamdulillah. Our room was so cosy and I just could not find any fault :) I wish we stayed here longer

Location was great, perfect view, room was good The bathroom was not cleaned enough when I checked in, I can see many hair on the floor. Also I left my luggage in the morning before checking in, everyone told me my luggage will be in my room but it wasn’t!!! I had 3 calls with the room service telling them my luggage is not in my room but they just keep telling me to check the walk-in closet, took them long enough that they had forgotten to bring my luggage. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional!
