Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet and clean room. Pool is also clean and long enough. Inner decoration is impressive. The bathroom magnifying mirror is placed on table which is not user friendly. It would be better to hang it on the wall.

Location is convenient. Bathroom is not well maintained especially spotted moulded tiles grout. I would expect more For 5 star hotel, cleanliness, hygiene and health concerns.

The vibe. Even though I’m there to do business meetings I feel like I’m on vacation! The property is getting older but they have done an excellent job maintaining the rooms and lobby. Minimal signs of wear and tear but property is very clean. Staff is excellent. Breakfast was just ok and very crowded.

The rooms are spacious, the location is good, walking distance to the pavilion and suria malls, the WiFi is good and the water pressure in the shower is very good. The laundry service they provide is a complete farce and is too expensive. I gave a pair of jeans for laundry. They were stinking before the laundry and they were still stinking after the laundry. The hotel never cleaned them. Looks like they just steam ironed the jeans and returned to me. This is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. They charged an exorbitant price of RM 10 (US $10) for this non-cleaning. They have two room cleaning services each day, one in the morning (which I expect) and one in the evening to freshen up the room (which I did not expect). If the do-no-disturb sign is not on, the knock on the door and open it for the evening cleaning. They should combine evening freshening up with the morning cleaning so I am not disturbed in the evening.

Entire hotel is so artistic. Lobby is so futuristic and rooms were elegant. Variety of choices for breakfast. 2 minutes walk to KLCC

The warm friendly staff makes us feel welcoming. The staff keep smiling & like to greet us. The aroma & lighting of the hotel very calm & inviting. Our suite is lovely with KLCC view fantastic especially at night. The breakfast is awesome, delicious nasi lemak, rendang, sambal. Location is perfect! nothing at all!

Wonderful and friendly staff. Room was great. Amazing breakfast with a large, daily changing buffet and made to order dishes. One of the best we’ve ever had. Location is excellent as well. Walking distance to many great restaurants and malls, and the Petronas towers.
