Service staff was always very prompt to reply to co-ordinate a celebration arrangement during my stay. That was very helpful. Repeated e-mail request from different service staff for the same personal infornation to speed up check in before arrival. Though same information was requested again before checkin. I had booked 3nights, then an additional night. Though the staff had taken note, and assured they are aware it's a 4nights stay instead of 3nights. I still kept receiving e- mails for 2 separate checkin. On 23rd April, though it was empty, the staff at breakfast area, took a very long time to come back to us to allocate a table..until we just decided to walk in, to the very empty breakfast lounge. Breakfast was ala carte menu, and was the same throughout our stay. Food quality was just okay. Expected more from Banyan Tree.

The location of the hotel is excellent if you are visiting the city with the motivation of the best city view. We really enjoyed it from our room and the rooftop bar. Room is spotless clean and very comfortable. Evening turndown service planned with detail, including candles and incenses. The staff is kind and always welcoming you with a big smile.

Breakfast & Dining: The breakfast at the restaurant was a highlight, with excellent à la carte dishes. The buffet selection wasn’t particularly exciting, but the quality of the served plates made up for it. The stunning view from the restaurant added to the experience. Pool & Views: The pool and massage tub were relaxing, offering breathtaking city views, though we did notice mildly dirty windows, which slightly detracted from the ambiance. Location & Convenience: The direct overpass to Pavilion Mall was a major plus, making shopping and dining very convenient. Maintenance Issues: Some details fell short of luxury standards. For example, our bath tap was visibly mended with white Tec paste, which looked unrefined for a high-end hotel. Sewer Smell in Shower: For a brief period, our shower had an unpleasant sewer smell, which was surprising given we were on the 55th+ floor. While it resolved by itself, it did disrupt our experience. Buffet Could Be Improved: The breakfast buffet lacked variety, though the cooked-to-order dishes were excellent.

Everything from hospitality, cleanliness, self initiative and care. Breakfast was a set menu rather than a buffet. Not in any fault of the hotel, just a personal preference.

Roof top breakfast is something worthwhile to try. Variety of food and they serve quite decent pastries there. You may enjoy night skyline view of Kuala Lumpur from the roof top. Jaw dropping !!! The room given were facing an abandoned building :(

Room was fantastic and they decorated for our anniversary, it was stunning and could tell effort was put into it! Our luggage took forever to get to our room. We were only there for a short 10 hour layover, and we could not shower/go to dinner until we got our luggage/clothes and I had to call two times to see where it was. We had a few reservations planned and it made us feel rushed not having our luggage be taken immediately to the room. For a 5 star hotel, it should have not taken over 30 minutes and it made check in feel dragged out
