Imperial Lexis was the best hotel experience we have had in our travels. From the moment we walked in the staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was stunning with a view of the petronas towers and private pool. The breakfast provided an excellent selection, along with kombucha, white coffee, and various juice selections. We were sad to leave but I have already recommended this hotel to everyone I know who enjoys travel.

It was not clean at the time of check in. The living room was dusty and little dirty. Room Swimming pool doesn’t have any facility like heater or filter.

A very nice and luxury hotel with amazing rooftop views on Petronas Towers etc. Great private pool on the balcony which is a great idea and we loved it very spacious room and bathroom very comfy bed The air conditioning was very strong and positioned directly above the bed, which could be a problem for anyone who doesn’t like cold air blowing on their head while sleeping. the gym is very basic although has an amazing view

Everything just perfect.. The breakfast is real deal.. a lot of options and very tasty The stuff were so kind and helpful .. The complimentary mini bar was full of choices and nothing like any other hotel.. The in-room pool was magnificent expereicne especially to watch new year celebrations with direct view on twin towers The location is just perfect The inifinity pool on 53th floor with hot water and direct unobstacled view to KL was very unique and perfect The skydeck with 360 glass view to KL was something else ?? Small tiny ants on side table

Staff are friendly and helpful. Thanks to Nadia at the front desk who went out of her way to accommodate our request. On different days, we had the name of a different hotel guest in our hotel room tv. We could see their full names, bills, room number and wifi password. When I brought it up to the front desk staff and voiced my concerns about guest privacy, the staff was rather dismissive and said they’ve had no complaints about the issue, totally disregarding my concerns. So my takeaway is, the hotel doesnt value guest privacy so guests beware.

Very good breakfast, verity of choices and I love the freshly squeeze juice and Kombucha. The outdoor swimming pool is a bit too small, you can't swim. Just drip in the warm pool, that's it.
