I truly think the rooms with the tower view are among the best in the city. The hotel offers the perfect mix of comfort, luxury, and convenience. Its central location makes everything easily accessible, which made the whole stay smooth and enjoyable. They even provide a golf cart service to Suria Mall every ten minutes, and the staff were consistently kind, attentive, and helpful throughout the stay. The breakfast was exceptional as well. Overall, it was an amazing first experience in Kuala Lumpur, and this hotel made the trip even more unforgettable.

I absolutely loved my stay at [Hotel Name, e.g., Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur / Traders Hotel / Four Seasons KLCC / your hotel]. The location is the absolute highlight — it’s literally next to (or just steps from) Suria KLCC mall and the iconic Petronas Twin Towers. Shopping, dining, and sightseeing couldn’t be easier. I could walk straight into the mall for everything from groceries and souvenirs to high-end brands and great food courts. The evening fountain shows at KLCC Park were magical and visible from many rooms or just a short stroll away. No need for taxis or Grab most of the time — everything is right there. I was disappointed with the room cleanliness. The room didn’t feel properly cleaned, and I noticed insects (including some in the bathroom area). This made the stay less comfortable than expected, especially at this price range. The hotel facilities and staff were okay overall, but the room hygiene issue stood out negatively.

Their midnight room service menu is very limited and from the choices given I ordered food which was very bad. It was burnt and had no flavor at all. I was so hungry I asked them for salt and chilli powder to mix it to make it tolerable.

It’s near to KLCC, has a nice view. The room is clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. The water is not hot enough.

Breakfast is good. Location is top notch just next to KLCC. The buggy driver was very rude and kicked us out during the last ride just because he wants to take some equipments back. For the kind of money we are spending i certainly didnt expect a buggy driver to give us attitude. Will not be staying there again.

The hotel is in an excellent location, offering rooms with a direct and breathtaking night view of the Twin Towers. It provides a convenient shuttle bus service to and from Suria KLCC, and there is also an indoor connecting bridge to the mall, so you don’t have to worry about the rain. The view of the Petronas Twin Towers was absolutely incredible and a highlight of my stay. The room exceeded my expectations—it was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff were extremely kind, professional, and accommodating throughout my visit. I especially appreciated the early check-in and how smoothly everything was handled. I also had a spa appointment, and the experience was excellent—the staff member was very professional and provided a wonderful massage. They even assisted with luggage and arranged a taxi for my early morning departure, which made everything stress-free. There was honestly nothing I disliked—everything about my stay was perfect.

We upgraded to the petronas tower view room with extra 60$. Worth every penny. We loved the hotel. Nothing
