I had a wonderful stay at Traders Hotel. We upgraded to the Twin Towers View Room, and it was definitely worth it. The view of the Petronas Twin Towers was stunning, especially at night. Our stay also included a buffet breakfast every morning. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the hotel's location was excellent, making it easy to visit nearby attractions. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food, and everything we tried tasted really good. The only minor downside was that the breakfast menu didn't change much, so after four consecutive mornings it became a little repetitive. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay at Traders Hotel again. Highly recommended! The only thing I didn't like was the pillows. They were too soft and flattened very easily, so they didn't provide enough support. After sleeping on them, my neck felt quite sore and uncomfortable. I think offering firmer pillow options would make the stay much more comfortable.

Location and the view The breakfast buffet was too chaotic, cramped like your in a school canteen or zoo. Didn’t have that luxury feeling more like a low cost hotel vibe. It’s also too dark not very welcoming and they don’t replenished the foods right away so even if you get there around 9-10 you’ll have to wait around. Some food station were messy too.

Exceptional location within walking distance of KLCC, the Petronas Twin Towers and Suria KLCC. A warm and professional welcome from Mr. Dylan, who made our check-in smooth and pleasant. Spacious, clean and very comfortable rooms for our family. Excellent breakfast buffet with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Friendly, courteous and helpful staff throughout our stay. Complimentary buggy service to Suria KLCC, which was very convenient. Complimentary access to the Level 32 Lounge was a fantastic added benefit. We thoroughly enjoyed the morning tea/coffee and evening snacks while relaxing with the beautiful views of Kuala Lumpur. Overall, the hospitality exceeded our expectations and made our stay truly memorable. Honestly, nothing. We had a wonderful 3-night stay and would happily choose Traders Hotel again on our next visit to Kuala Lumpur.

I truly think the rooms with the tower view are among the best in the city. The hotel offers the perfect mix of comfort, luxury, and convenience. Its central location makes everything easily accessible, which made the whole stay smooth and enjoyable. They even provide a golf cart service to Suria Mall every ten minutes, and the staff were consistently kind, attentive, and helpful throughout the stay. The breakfast was exceptional as well. Overall, it was an amazing first experience in Kuala Lumpur, and this hotel made the trip even more unforgettable.
