The property was dirty, old, and had a very bad smell. After checking in, I immediately decided to check out because the smell was unbearable and the air conditioning was not working properly. I reported the issue, but the hotel rejected my complaint and still charged me, even though I could not stay there due to the poor condition of the room. Nothing

It was a complete package for us! I travelled with my toddler, so their kitchenette was extremely helpful for me. The staff (especially Shourav) were warm, welcoming and very accommodating! It felt like our 2nd home! We loved WynSports on the 8th floor! They have excellent wifi internet. Cannot think of anything!

Location is good. About 15min walk to KLCC Mall (underground tunnel) and 20min to Pavilion Mall, 25 minutes walk to TRX exchange Mall. 17 min walk to Monorail station Raya Chulan. Staff very helpful and respond immediately. Washing machine with dryer. TV good size. Unfortunately it was the dirtiest hotel I ever stayed. We were upgraded to suit which was a little bit cleaner with less damaged furniture and doors. Stains on ALL surfaces: bed linens, towels, sofa, walls, curtains, toilet ring. All dishes was greasy with some traces of food. Mugs very old with brown stains inside. There is no knifes. No coffee machine. No hooks or anything on what you can hung towels or clothes. Some towels too old, beige and torn. Gowns seems never washed; it was with hairs of previous guests and their perfume on it. Sink leaks. Poor drainage in shower, water didn’t drain about 25 minutes. Housekeeping instead of change bed-linens just turned it upside down. I’m ok with sustainability and saving water, just don’t imitate changing bedding and don’t charge for it. Twice housekeeping ignore the door sign and didn’t come to clean. Heavy smell of mold and insecticide in corridors and apartment as well. Big space between the entrance door and floor. It make bugs and mosquitoes enter easily. Internet speed below average. Too poor. Very weak AC. Low batteries in remotes. No sound isolation between apartments and you can hear your neighbors’ noice 24 hours. Day before checkout we got an automatic mail that we have to checkout before 11. Staying till 12 will cost RM500. We solve it via WhatsApp.

The location was good, and we had a good view of the twin towers. The cleanliness, the bathrooms stunk and even though we got moved to another room after a day there was a horrible stench. The smell then spread through the whole room and it was insufferable. The blankets were dirty and when we requested a change they said there’s no more blankets available and instead they changed the sheets which were also dirty.

The bed is very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. While the hotel is not located on the main street, it sits in a nice, quiet environment that is still very near to the mall. Additionally, the staff members are incredibly friendly and polite, making the service a highlight of the stay.

? Location: perfect 2 train station in walking distance. ?️ Room: decent size room in apartment structure. ? Amenities: 7 eleven 6 minutes walk and 2 shopping centres (Suria KLCC and Pavilion Bukit Bintang in 15-20 minutes walk. Good food and park to stroll. ✨ Highlights: city view(we stayed on west wings) ☁️ Comfort: Pleasant ?️ Value: great price under Aud1k for 7 nights. ? Noise level: can be noisy if you leave the bedroom door open. ?‍? Staff: housekeeper are usually very attentive and helpful. Security guards are amazing. Don’t need to deal with other staff, only check in and check out. ? Cleanliness: everything is clean but there is a drainage smell in the powder room. ? WiFi: is ok with 30mbps download speed. Only 2.4hz is active in router. ?️ Parking: available for 1 car but we didn’t hire a car so didn’t use it. ? Breakfast: not applicable we didn’t have breakfast on our booking. ? Can improve: get a boiling water and cooled water dispenser in every level so that customers don’t need to buy water from supermarkets. Only 3 bottles supplied everyday. Additional are charged. We bought 5 ltr jar and get Delivered by Grab.

We loved the huge pool, the gym, the 2 rooms (1 ensuite) + living room and kitchen with everything we needed. We tried the room service for a quick emergency dinner while storming outside and it was good enough. Super clean and friendly staff, located in the heart of KLCC, walking distance to attractions, services and transports. Can't go wrong with this choice. Some renovation noise going on in the room/toilets near the gym, but improvements are always necessary.
