Most of the time I will book this hotel for my stay when come to KL since 2022. Already lost count how many time for revisit. Staff and security is good and helpful. The bed is super comfort. The location is superB as opposite is TRX by walk (can access MRT easily) and near to few shopping mall as well. There is restaurant & bar on the same row - easy get food and chill time for nigh out. Super recommended Suggest to look for facilities maintenance and better cleanliness as slight aging compare to last time.

It's in a good location,food around 10min walk from jalan alor The Hotel was good though but the only things is that there is a construction just next to them, and it's very annoying even though they have put a notice in the lift. So it's begin every 9am to 6pm Mon-Sat and we can't even rest a little bit with this noise. I arrived to the hotel Sunday 06:00am very tired and want to rest a little bit but arrives at 12 pm the noise continue and wake us up. I have came here last year and the construction was still on. Book again thinking that it was over but NO

I not take the breakfast at hotel but outside. Location was very good bcz near bukit bintang and TRX . Also breakfast is easy . Near hotel its wing heng which small place which many food seller there. I always visit there when i at KL. When back to hotel at 9pm ,hotel door will closed and need security to open it. Always had security asking my room number . Look like its not hotel. Its like i back to my dorm school.

The facilities are all you are looking for business trip, including iron board for wrinkle suit. I changed the room, for some reason the housekeepers are not informed, and my room was not cleaned upnfoe the whole stay of 3 nights.
