I loved the interior design and the welcoming vibes of both the lobby and the room. The added touch of Aesop toiletries was a wonderful bonus It would be helpful if the hotel provided extra toilet paper, as only one roll was available, unlike most hotels. Additionally, there were quite a few mosquitoes in the lobby in the evening, which made relaxing there a bit uncomfortable, I ended up with some bites on my feet. Overall, I found the rates to be a bit on the expensive side.

Liked the cafe in the lobby. Coffee was 10/10. Seeing local creatives meeting and working in that location was good. The design of the hotel, pool, plants amid the concrete. Once you’re inside it doesn’t feel like you came off a busy street. Good location. Staff were beyond kind and helpful. We added a day to our stay and they were accommodating. They also decorated our room festively as we were celebrating birthdays and an anniversary. Not sure about value for money especially for KL. The room was small for us. Bathroom was also small- limited place to put your toiletries in the shower unless they’re mini sizes. Occasional noise at 1am from the bikers outside but nothing that truly disrupts sleep.

Disappointing service, highly disappointed with customer service and the rooms cleanliness is questionable I got bites on my sleep and the poor customer service offered nothing to me when I asked them to clean the room they said they don’t have cleaning staff? I know it’s a 3 stars hotel but for the price and for the horrible service they deserve zero . Dirty Room , Poor WiFi , breakfast is a scam literally they let you choose one item of five item, I forgot my new shoes there and they said they will deliver it to me I informed them 2 days before my flight yet they never return my item , disappointing experience across all services I tried many hotels and this is literally the worst , if you like the aesthetic just pass by snackfood pop-up other than that you will be setting yourself for failure

A Happy Return to KLoé Hotel This was our second stay at KLoé Hotel — our first was back in August in the Courtyard Room. We were pleased to find that the great service hasn’t changed. This time, we booked the City Room and were once again impressed, especially with the amazing breakfast. During check-in, we were greeted by the same receptionist from our previous visit, who was genuinely happy to see us back — and we felt the same! That’s exactly why we chose to return. Overall, we’re very happy to be back at KLoé. It’s always a pleasure staying here.

The decor & attentiveness from their friendly staff There should be curtains or blinds blocking the rains instead of covered them from wetting the canopies at the swimming pool areas during rainy days

The hotel itself is beautifully designed — modern, cozy, and full of artistic charm. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had a really warm, welcoming feel. The location is perfect too — close to Pavilion and Bukit Bintang, yet peaceful and quiet. The breakfast was the best we had in Malaysia! They have a great menu to choose from, and the best part is that you can enjoy breakfast anytime between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m., which was super convenient and relaxing. Overall, KLoé Hotel really stands out for its hospitality, design, and attention to detail. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur — we’d definitely stay here again! ?✨

My flight was at 7pm and would have loved an option for much later check out. But otherwise everything else was awesome.
