A comfy room with a huge bed and a great city view. Helpful and friendly staff and a great breakfast. No desk and, surprisingly no door on the wardrobe. No designated smoking area.

The location was excellent — everything was within walking distance to popular places. The room was clean, cool, and comfortable, although not very spacious. The staff were friendly and they give me a late check-out. The room shower drainage was not good — the water would quickly overflow after a short shower. I also wished the window was in the room instead of the bathroom. The hotel could use some maintenance.

Super location, but also on the quiet side. The moment you enter feeling welcome and easy check in process. We family of 4 booked family safari room and hoping for early check in as we had long mid night flight. They did it after an hour when we had lunch around 12pm. When we enter the room theres ballon& choc and cakes to surprise my daughter with her 8yrs old bday. She is one happy girl and even ask me to thank the hotel staff to make her memories last. Also the bath range they use smells so good, making you feeling relax. They have kids bath products and the tv in kids room with city view which is a bonus. Filter water tap in the room such a bonus. Bed and pillows so comfy. Down stairs outside the hotel theres food court or if you fancy more proper restaurants. Pavillion and TRX at your footsteps. Also credits to the restaurant manager Shaffik and the team. They are very helpful and friendly. We will definitely comes back here again next time and tell friends about this place. Nothing eveything is good.

Stayed here for a short staycation and had a really nice experience. I was lucky to get a room upgrade, which I really appreciated. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast buffet had a good variety. Everything I tried was delicious. The bathroom drainage was a bit slow, so water sometimes overflowed onto the floor during showers. A bit of a pity, as the water pressure was otherwise great.The restaurant also felt a bit warm and stuffy at times.

Great location in the heart of Bukit Bintang which made it easy to walk around and enjoy the hustle & bustle and nightlife without worrying about straying too far from the hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating with our special requests for our infant child. The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was nice but given the price, more variety in breakfast food options would have been better.

I love that the urban lifestyle room looks new and well designed. The urban lifestyle is not 100% soundproof. I can literally hear people walking, vacuum noise & banging doors from inside my room. Also, I'm not satisfied with the 'sahur' breakfast spread. I feel like the management didn't try hard enough. The food was ok and we have limited food. I'm pretty sure the actual breakfast is way better. Should've just give us the actual breakfast spread since we pay THE SAME.

Perfect location! Close to mrt and a lively area of Bukit Bintang. The room was spacious and comfortable. The rooftop with the pool was also very nice. Nothing.

This was extremely fantastic breakfast with so many options. We also use laundry facilities just a walking distance from hotel.
