The air con was difficult to get right. It was either too hot or too cold. Didnt seem to be able to stay at the one temp regardless of setting.

Very close to the heart of KL. A lot of restaurant shops and coffees near by Way understaffed. Long queues to check in, room not being cleaned before mid afternoon. It says 5 stars but it doesn’t compare to the one in a Singapour which felt more premium. Not even a coffee machine. Room offered was not the room selected.

We stayed on 4th floor with no view at all (the windows were covered by a mesh), and it was very noisy.

Everything went well. But we had to wait a little longer for the rooms. It was a peak period so early check in was a normal check in. Early check in would be most appreciative.

Breakfast is awesome. Pool and jacuzzi is nice, but the gazebos to relax can be cleaner with better upkeep. Room is small, and not up to the size standards as compared to many other hotel brands. More can be improved on the size and layout of the room / bathroom. Bathroom glass door doesn't close properly and not feasible / could be hazardous. A normal wooden door would work better. Carpark should be complimentary. RM6.60 per entry is a little too much. Many other hotels do not even charge for carpark.

The breakfast is very nice. Staff was also very nice. Location is good. The bathroom will always be wet. Its because the water from the shower cannot be contained within its area by the glass/perplex walls. There is also a very bright blinking green light on the ceiling, and a bright red light on the ceiling all the time. This definitely disturb my sleep. Why is the kettle inside the cupboard. Number of hanger was also limited.

We had to wait in line just to get a table and again to be served. This is the first time I have ever had to queue for breakfast at a hotel. It seemed that the hotel accepted more guests for breakfast than the available space could comfortably accommodate. For a large five-star hotel, I would expect better organization and sufficient seating capacity. In addition, the breakfast selection was quite limited and consisted mainly of local dishes. There were very few international options available. Overall, the breakfast did not meet the standards I would expect from a five-star hotel.

The location and the size of the bed the most The property is old, the carpet didn’t smell good, the day 1 - we didn’t have toothbrush, shampoo or shower gel, we had to go buy everything. All the equipment and amenities are really old and not clean

A comfy room with a huge bed and a great city view. Helpful and friendly staff and a great breakfast. No desk and, surprisingly no door on the wardrobe. No designated smoking area.
