    It's kinda dirty and there is somekind of stain on the blanket and pillow.

    The staff is friendly and allow to view the room before confirm to check-in. They are well prepared for any comments and refund if customer is not accepting the room. The environment, reception and most of all the room is very lack of maintenance, unhygienic and dirty.

    The location in Bukit Bantang is ideal for a first time tourist to Kuala Lumpur since the hotel is well connected to transit, shopping areas, restaurants, bars, etc. The room was a bit small. But, the biggest issue was the pest infestation. Pretty sure I saw a few cockroaches crawling along the floor whenever I returned to the room and turned on the light.

    Strategic location: in a center of KL life, near KLCC, and conditioned walkway to it. The private room in hostel's price. Noise at night. Music at room nect door 24/7 (i hope its not 365)

    Nothing at all. Everything. The smell is like a rotten egg. Cockroaches everywhere. Broken toilet. Bad staff altitude.
