Staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast has lots of varieties. Room is clean and not as small as expected. Nothing at all.

Excellent value and great location. While the breakfast buffet is pretty good, it seemed like they quit refilling some items pretty far ahead of the closing time. I don’t think I was the only one disappointed to find empty bowls.

Friendly people, great bath! I’m older so it was a big change having futon, but at the end of the day sightseeing, we were so tired, I slept well!

Very loud refrigerator, air conditioner and bathroom ventilation. You can turn everything off, but why would you, especially during the summer?

Only one electrical outlet in the room. And telephone was connected to it ? A hotel is a bit old, but ok. A group of very noisy Japanese guests came when I was there.

Good location. Great value for money. Rooms are quite large and beds are comfortable. Very close to a tram stop and car rental. 7/11 right next door. The staffs were not so friendly which is weird in Japan. Amenities offered at the lobby (shampoo, conditioner, etc) had much less varieties and items compared to the same chain in Fukuoka.

I like the amenities and onsen. Its very relaxing :D Sauna is a big plus too, i rarely see a hotel with good sauna 1. Only 1 pillow per tenant. . . thats not enough 2. The Eco is ok but once every 3 days cleaning is a bit too much 3. I hope there will be more variety in breakfast next time
