Overall nice place to stay, clean, friendly counter staff, very good location right within shipping district. the sign board outside is facing sideway and cannot be see when stand directly outside, when i walk close by i miss the sign board hence the entrance plenty of times, but this is just nit picking.

It's at the cross of the 2 main shopping street, and walking distance to Sakuramachi bus terminal where you can take buses to everywhere in Kyushu. Can't complain the location. 2 of us has 3 luggages. Opening them in a double room was not a problem. Their mattress is on the soft side.

The overall lack of a microwave...well ive never seen that before. Right next too 2 7-ELEVENs and like 16 food places is kinda crazy to me. Just the microwave part.

Great location, convenience to shopping malls and public transportation spots, easy access from the airport and Kumamoto Station for day trip meet. Friendly staff are always there and quickly to response and support all of your needs. Also, a very nice breakfast choices for travelers to sample different style of breakfasts from Kumamoto. You don't need to have the same breakfast everyday, it's an exciting breakfast experience daily, just wish I can stay for more days and sample them all.
