Female staff exceptional. Gave me 2nd day refund without cancellation fee because I had to.leave. I miss them. They are exceptional

Parking is in the next building which is not an issue, but I thought paring was included in hotel booking. But I liked the hotel

Nothing The dorm was too small. I am 186cm and I was not even able to straighten up my legs. Also, It is very noisy as someone can be snoring during night. Also, Public bath was not good at all.

It is really close to the shopping street, so the location is good. For the price, it wasn't bad overall, just don't expect too much. It is an older capsule hotel, so the capsules and a lot of things are a little aged. The towel(s) they provided for the bath area were small, cheap and not very effective.

Its hot in the capsules. They make you check out at 10am. Upon arrival I did not know that the showers close at 11pm. They kicked me out of the shower room while before I had a chance to shower. I spoke to the hotel staff about this issue, they didnt hlp.

Prime location for Kumamoto night life. Need to travel between levels to access showers. Pitiful towels provided that were too thin/small to dry body effectively. Mattress was thin and stained from prior use I am assuming.

The room is too hot

also you can walk from hotel to kumamoto castel tram station, or shimotori - i found staff, understand english little bit but it isn't a big problem

I like the private female capsule. My male friends had a very small capsule even though we paid the same amount.

The capsule was comfortable with plenty of space and a built in tv to boot. There were japanese baths like I went to a bathhouse including a sauna and a cold bath for after the sauna. Well worth the time there.

It was conveniently located. The capsule was very warm in the evening. The Wi-Fi was extremely unresponsive.

Probably the best location to stay in Kumamoto being situated in an active shopping arcade and also being about 10 minutes walk away from Kumamoto Castle. The overall capsule hotel has a dated feel, like it was established in the 80s or 90s, but I found it quite charming. There was even an old karaoke machine booth on the fourth floor. New towels and pajamas are provided every day. Each capsule bed has one outlet and a TV. There is also ventilation but many people may not realize it because there’s a button on the bottom of the ventilation system that you have to switch on, which can be hard to see. There also might be some confusion for those unfamiliar with capsule hotels. You have to leave your key at the front desk every time you leave and then pick it up when you return. You also have to leave the capsule beds from 10 AM to 3 PM every day when they do cleaning. There is only public bath and so some people may not be comfortable having to shower with other people. Overall, I enjoyed my time here and would stay again if I come back to Kumamoto.

Hotel is nice, room (twin) was clean and well equipped, even came with several hygiene products for men. Very comfortable for spending the nights while doing other activities during the day. Staff were friendly, although not English speaking when I checked in. My main issue - and what affects the rating - is that you have to leave the hotel between 10 am and 3 pm, unless you’re willing to spend an extra 1500 yen per day. I have not seen this before and it is an annoying complication. Furthermore, this rule is not advertised when booking a room/capsule - you only receive it after the booking has been made. I would recommend the hotel advertise this more clearly pre-bookings. I wouldn’t mind staying again, overall.

The female floor is very nice, feels safer and offers everything you need, including powder room and bathroom with all things included (shampoo, cleansing oil, hairdryer…). I recommend staying in the capsules that have a table, gives you more space and privacy. The public bath is also very nice and clean and a must. The only inconvenient thing was that you have to check out at 10:00 every day, even if you are staying more nights, and then check in again at 15:00. However you can leave the luggage in your room and they clean it nicely.

everything was better than expected ,quiet ,clean and the spa was the best experience i had in a hotel
