Very clean hotel within very short walking distant from the station. Have all the amenity you would need during your station in addition to a laundry room.

Great location with a full view of the station plaza that put you where the action is. But the room was well insulated from noise. Great food options and even a BIC camera store for electronic items. Tram Line A stops right at the train station which is a handy mode for getting around town to tourist places such as Suizenji Jojuen Garden. The hotel has an older style all-in-one bathroom that may be less convenient for some guests.

The room was clean. The location is next to the JR station, perfect if you need to leave Kumamoto early. That being said, the main areas in the town are far and busses stop running at about 10pm. The room was a bit small.

I really didn't have any expectations before I arrived for my stay and I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. The room was quite big by Japanese standards. The location is extremely convenient as it's right around the corner from Kumamoto train station. A bus loop is directly in front of the station, as is a tram stop so transportation options are very convenient. Shops and restaurants are also close by in both the station and the adjacent AMU Plaza. The hotel itself has a restaurant and a bar if you're not particularly interested in going too far. I went to the bar once late in the afternoon. It was nice and quiet and I had an expertly crafted negroni. Unfortunately I didn't bother going again primarily due to the music being played every time I walked past in the evening. It just didn't fit with the desire to just relax after a long day of sightseeing. Something soft would have been more welcoming than the type of music and volume being played. I would say that was only my opinion but while the hotel was busy, the bar never was. I rarely saw more than a few people inside during my stay which is quite unusual for a hotel bar.

Location is just beside Kumamoto Station, whereby bullet train and normal train is located. The City Tram also located nearby. Very convenient. Family Mart is beside hotel and inside station. Also has Amu Plaza for shopping and dining. Furthermore, if taking Klook tour from Kumamoto, meeting place is just outside station. As for hotel, room is clean and spacious enough. Facility is minimal but good enough, and value for money. Hotel staff can also converse in basic English and can store your luggage before check-in. The lady's toilet in the hotel lobby is not very clean.

Wow an amazing hotel. right next to Kumamoto Station. There is a shopping center near it with lots of food and shopping options, The room was very comfy one of the best bathrooms / shower areas i have seen, with a huge timber bath. Separate toilet, very comfortable beds and a nice sitting area to take off and put on your shoes. the free drinks and snacks area on the 4th floor was a surprise. Only a short tram ride into the center of Kumamoto and Kumamoto Castle. Great staff. nothing
