Great location, very helpful staff, and relaxing hot spring None

Good location and breakfast. The room we’ve got is too tiny for 3 and we can’t open our suitcase. Others are fine.

Only small issue is restaurant was too small to deal with breakfast surge.

Super Hotel Kumamoto Ekimae is well located just in front of the station as the name says. it has all you need for an easy stay in Kumamoto, and there is a mall just next to it if needed. A nice addition to the usual is that you can choose your type of pillow at the "pillow bar". There is also a free-flow hour at the bar, with a nice choice of drinks. The room is functional. breakfast is slightly underwhelming but nothing to complain about

Location right next to the station. Expensive given the tiny room with its prefab bathroom. If you request room cleaning service, you are prohibited from being in your room from 10 to 3. No early check-in option. Breakfast not worth mentioning. Rather spend a bit extra and upgrade to a more comfortable option in the same vicinity.

There is free hotspring/onsen and alcohol drinks (during evening time) for all the hotel guest. We got to try a variety of Japanese alcohol. :D Breakfast was also good with a variety of bread / rice / miso / salad available. We had a parcel that was to be delivered via international courier arriving in Japan. Though i only stayed for one night in the hotel and my parcel arrived beyond the date i had stayed, the hotel staff kept my parcel for me. I was also able to communicate smoothly with the front desk staff either directly in English or via translation. Would like to extend my thanks to one of their staff in particular, Ms Phyu, who made me feel really at home and understood. Thank you super hotel! Room was small but to be expected.
