The architecture and interior design, close proximity to the station, and the in house onsen. Unbeatable view of kumamoto landscape day and night Would be nice if you have ice machine and water dispenser in each floor

Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations - from the lovely spa scent you encounter entering the downstairs entry, to the beautiful lobby, to the location and the room. But the best part was the superior staff. We needed help with an unexpected doctor appointment and they went above and beyond assisting us. We would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful hotel.

Excellent location, incredibly warm and welcoming staff, and a wonderful overall atmosphere. The scent and background music especially made the stay feel even more relaxing and soothing. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Kumamoto. Nothing at all

Everything about the blossom is top notch. The breakfast could have a wider array of Western style options like waffles, orange juice, omelettes, etc.

This might be the best train station hotel I’ve stayed at in Japan especially for the price. Everything was excellent.

The hot spring and the location were quite nice. The facilities were pretty and well-kept. Minor point is that the breakfast was not very big, but it had everything we needed.

Beautiful views of Kumomoto! A little bit confused by the main entrance but a nice surprise when one enters the lobby to see great views of the mountains to check in with staff.
