A room. Clean. Excellent location in the heart of Kusnatch at a (long) stone's throw from the train station, coffee shops, grocery stores, and given my needs about 10 minutes to the CG Jung Institute. Shared showers and toilets -- clean. I stayed a week and linens and towels were exchanged (less and less a feature at most hotels). Easy registration and entry via phone and codes. Well lighted. Well heated and ventilated. Internet sucked. Really, quite atrocious. If you have any business to do or even basic downloads, forget it. Spotty too -- there were stretches when I could not connect. I am a coffee snob, I admit, so for my money, the machine and capsules were wholly inadequate, but in fairness perhaps par for the course.
