It was the worst property I have ever stayed Yes the view is good Poor service A lot of monkeys A lot of geckos , spiders and snakes So please don’t ever go to this hotel We left in the night because of the reptiles coming in our room So we left around 2 am in the morning. Great location and staff and one of the nicest rooms I’ve stayed in. You sleep and wake to the sound of the ocean waves just below. It’s beautiful but beware there are many many steps till u reach your room. The restaurant and private beach make it well worthwhile. Highly recommend!

We loved the property and its location! Very relaxing area hidden on the cliff with a great little beach that feels really private.

Location Monkeys

We absolutely loved the view, the room decor (the rooms are smaller), and the private beach that accompanied the hotel. The food was delicious as well and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The air conditioner in our first room was not working. The staff were very proactive and got someone to look at it right away, however it wasn't fixed. We spent our first night sweating in our sleep. Thankfully they moved us the next day, however the room was right next to the check in desk and we could hear every conversation outside our door. The walk from the drop off location to the hotel is very long and strenuous with bags, do not attempt without the help of the staff! Other than that, our stay was great.

It was magical! You can hear the waves when you sleep, shower, upon waking up! You are one with nature! And the staff are very accommodating! Oh! And the private beach! The access but it was part of the charm!

The monkeys and gecko were very annoying.

Incredible location & views. Steps away from a beautiful, private beach & a short drive away from the popular beaches. The staff was incredibly responsive & friendly - Franco is so kind and helpful! Overall a very unique experience that we recommend (just be aware of monkeys!)

The steps to get to the property are insane and the monkeys are everywhere so make sure your windows and doors are locked

Place is fantastic! Me and my wife had a great time in the korowai . Will definitely come back .

Only the location with the stairs is though otherwise 10

Food and service was amazing!! The views are breathtaking!!! And you have access to a small beach and the ocean which is a plus! Bathrooms are nice but with an open shower concept which fills your floor with water. The access to the property is a bit difficult…. Need to have good mobility for sure and not too much luggage!!

The view of the ocean and they staff were super nice. It was a 5 minute walk you and down steep steps. They were very difficult to walk and scary when wet. The bathroom near the restaurant was absolutely disgusting, wasn’t cleaning the whole time i was there. There was no toilet paper or soap in it. The towels they provided had holes in them. Monkeys surround the property. They freaked me out, but didn’t bother too much. Besides when i walked through the restaurant and one happened to be above my head as i walked by and it peed on me. oh and there are no signs indicating the stay is down this alley. not sure why they can’t just put up a sign

The staff were so attentive and catered to all our needs! Service was excellent throughout our stay. The room was gorgeous with room service and room cleaned on request. Definitely would stay again and I recommend to anyone looking at staying in Uluwatu:) Nothing

Loves the quiet, great helpful staff, excellent food choices, great room. It was all good - lots of steps so not for the weak of heart.

The layout, location, the view, the staff, and food. Monkeys were around but the staff is great at keeping them in line. The room and bathroom lighting could be much brighter , or option to make brighter.

Amazing place, beautiful views, peaceful atmosphere and wonderful staff! Franco greeted us at the top of the steps ( yes many steps down) and carried all of our luggage! Everyone was so sweet and attentive to everything we needed. The beauty of the place was breathtaking perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset and there’s a private beach! The monkeys do come out to play! They drank our beer it was funny! But yes when they come just go inside and lock the doors to be safe!

Location, cleanliness, Staff weren’t helpful with luggage. Women in restaurant was wonderful and Franco at front desk was excellent, all other staff very lazy and unhelpful. 500+ stairs to reach property. Restaurant food is terrible and that’s the only option for food unless you want to walk to top of cliff.

Amazing property. Very secluded part of Uluwatu. Be prepared to walk up and down stairs to get to and from Your room and the hotel. If you’re game - it’s an incredible stay!!!
