Calm, beautiful, modern, clean. Great staff.

Free entry to the gym next door which is perfect for our travel. It is a well equipped gym. The AC was broken so we need to change room and the new room was noisy because of construction next door. The tree outside the room blocking all the sunlight.

Very friendly staff, good location Low quality bedding, and the room walls are a bit thin, can hear neighbors talking. AC couldn’t get the room properly cold

Great place. Amazing rooms and outdoor bathroom. Beautiful garden. Quiet location. Some people would want their hotel closer to the centre of the village, but it’s actually not that far. Nice staff. Breakfast is somewhat uncreative…. But the bread is amazing.Quality of the coffee really depends on who’s making it. And they do something really weird: Every morning you have to search for your scooter, cause they move them for fun. Even if you parked the scooter in a real parking spot, you will find it the next day in a totally different one (if you are able to find it).

The staff were great and really helpful, the renovated hotel was clean and the bed and pillows were perfect. The best sleeps we have had in months. We slept 9 hours each of our 3 night stay! Great shower too! Breakfast was included and it was fantastic. 8 or 9 choices and my fave was the avocado and poached eggs on beautiful sourdough. Fresh fruits and fruit juices were also included along with tea & coffee. There was a great pool with comfy day beds and we were able to book a scooter out the front of the hotel. The scooter hire was a service but not a part of the hotel. Just a word of warning if you hire…the helmets need to be replaced. They are not safe as they undo with the slightest movement! Everything was perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay at Reset Lombok Hotel. We had only booked for two nights but we loved it so much we extended our stay. All staff were exceptionally accommodating and polite, we felt really comfortable at the Hotel. The breakfast and pool was definitely a highlight and we would recommend anyone to stay at the Reset Hotel Lombok.

Absolutely stunning rooms, garden, pool and location! We loved how easy it is to get into town but also to the beaches nearby and the room was super comfortable. Everything was also clean and nicely decorated. The only minus for us was the staff, they were nice and friendly but did not really have a chat with us or anything. Also after we checked out my partner went back to the hotel and got yelled at by the receptionist, she apparently thought he was selling something (as he looks local, he is from Bali) but he was just there to ask them for a scooter rental. We had stayed there for two days and spoken to her an hour before. The assumption and reaction were both a bit rude and out of place.

The staff was very helpful. The location is very quite, no construction around. Gym studio is around the corner. The room was decent. The overall impression is positive.

Rooms are very nice - spacious and clean and comfortable. Good aircon and big bathroom. Staff (manager and more senior front of house staff) were accommodating on checkout. Unfortunately a lot let this property down. - in the amenities on Booking, it mentioned a wellness and spa facility. There was No wellness / spa as their person had resigned two weeks earlier. Whilst yes this is unfortunate, they should really, at the very least, send a message to guests with a booking that this has happened and that those facilities would not be available. This was a key reason I booked this hotel as was coming off the back of a hiking trip. They did say there was a spa and massage place next door but when looking at this the standard didn’t align to the hotel - I booked the hotel for the “reset” experience. Which was therefore completely lost - when I booked it was advertised actively about free access to the very nice next door gym. However this is No more - again unfortunate yes but should really have meant some general communication to all guests with bookings as a heads up to manage expectations. This and the wellness centre being closed with lack of communication I think Shows poor management and lack of foresight towards guests - Dirty pool on arrival - especially compared to other hotel stayed at in Lombok. Was a layer of grime and lots of plant debris floating in the pool (and yes it’s monsoon season and it had been some rough weather but still…) This was fortunately amended by the second day and pool was clean - Only European (typical Indonesian plugs - no big deal but other hotels often have more options or at least USB sockets) - [No bicycle hire despite being listed on Booking. Annoying again - the listing is not true - Poor welcome on arrival. No information shared on things around, what they can offer, if they have any relationship with nearby businesses (even more important given Some of the above). Didn’t share WiFi. Just generally very amateur and person was clearly new / junior and could have done with a lot more training especially if trying to be a resort type hotel - Limited information in the room.
