The restaurant staff had informed us that the last kitchen orders are taken at 9:45 p.m. However, one evening we were seated at 9:00 p.m. and waited 10–15 minutes before a waiter attended to us. By the time we placed our order for paella, we were told it could no longer be prepared, which left us very disappointed. Additionally, although the hotel advertises spa services, it lacks a dedicated facility for them. I had a massage, but it was set up in an unused room, which did not provide a proper or relaxing environment.

I had a wonderful stay at Sikara Lombok Hotel during my trip to Kuta Lombok. The hotel was very clean, and the room felt comfort and homely making easy to relax after a day exploring. I appriciated how quite the room was, which helped me rest well throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, humble and ready to help which made the experience even more enjoyable also the location close with Kuta Beach, making it convinient to get around and enjoy the area.

I had good experience staying at Sikara Lombok during my trip to Kuta Lombok with couple of friends. The hotel was clean, the room felt cozy and comfort just like home. It was also quiet which made it perfect for relaxing after a day out. The staff friendly, humble and helpful which mafe our stay even more pleasant. The location also strategic, making it easy to get around, and it's close to Kuta Beach which was big plus for us. Overall, I'm happy with my stay everithing went smoothly and truly enjoyable making our vacation more memorable.

Overall amazing place, good food, clean room, friendly staff, very well kept garden. Two of 4 morning I waked up to angle grinders and hammers. The hotel is NOT complete and construction is ONGOING. I was not informed about it and I do not appreciate it. I do not mean construction outside the hotel, but Sikara rooms by the main pool/restaurant. The amount of power tools noise varied, some days it was worse, some better.

Super friendly , super helpful crew 10/10! Every sides of the hotel is Instagram ready, and the room’s smells amazing! The food is delisshhh and the pool is a perfect spot to chill all day. None..all perfections :)

Had a great stay at Sikara. The internet is fast, really help me to do some online meetings during my stay and the vibes around the second pool are super calm. Shoutout to Fido for sharing great local recommendations. Highly recommend this place! All good

The restaurant and pool setting have a great vibe. We ere there just one night- and the setting is noisy due to hotel maintenance, but also surrounding construction. Once that’s finished- nothing to comment on

Had a great stay at Sikara Lombok Hotel. The bathroom is really nice and spacious, with a big bathtub that’s perfect for relaxing. The swimming pool is super clean, and the big floating bag makes it even more fun to hang out there. We love everything

The property is immaculately maintained, hand-manicured and on top of any maintenance. 2 pools for use, both maintained very well. Rooms are clean and spacious, serviced daily. Breakfast was generous and delicious. Staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. David, Donna, and the entire Sikara team made our stay extra special for our anniversary. Everyone has a genuine smile on their face and makes you feel at home. Highly recommend to anyone who desires a comfortable luxury stay with the added bonus of friendly staff and an unbeatable location. We used the motorbike rental, laundry, and massage services during our stays - all of which were of a high standard and easy to access. We look forward to returning and Sikara remains our top choice to stay in Lombok. They are in the process of adding a gym and spa which I look forward to using. We stayed at Sikara twice during our stay in Lombok. The property was stunning, very well maintained, and the staff were unforgettable. David, Donna, and the entire team made us feel at home and helped us with anything we needed. We felt comfortable during our stay, the location was right in downtown Kuta but still a quiet oasis. Food at the restaurant is delicious and breakfast is definitely worth adding to your stay. Rooms are clean, cool, and spacious. Nothing, perfect stay. Highly recommend.
