Price value is really good and friendly staff Bathroom was a bit dirty

A few small things could be improved: the bathroom can be noisy at night, and it would be helpful to mention that a mosque is nearby, as the call to prayer can be heard around 5 a.m. (earplugs are recommended for light sleepers). There is also limited space to hang or store clothes, and the bathroom window could use some maintenance to help prevent insects from entering.

The location its good, breakfast really nice and complete, The toilet was noisy during the night.. something wrong with the conducts i guess, the swimming pool its nice but need more maintenance cause was cloudy. I think its expensive for what it is. Also really close to the mosque so you gonna hear the call of prayer really loud at 5 am every day

Pictures are old and do not reflect the current state of the property. It has been left to go into decline. Drains blocked causing a horrible smell throughout our room. Rooms hadn't been cleaned properly and other people also complained about this. Pool is dirty and you cant see the bottom. The water had a terrible taste. None of the staff cared or seem bothered. Save your money go elsewhere

The rooms are a little bit bare, there is no wardrobe or shelves to store the luggage. Only the floor

Perfect place to stay in Lombok. Clean, beautiful space and perfect quiet yet central location. But the best part was the staff—incredibly kind and accommodating, we decided to extend our stay 3 different times (!!) and they made everything so easy. I stayed at this guesthouse for four nights and truly enjoyed my experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. Rocky, the manager, was exceptionally kind, attentive, and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure my stay was smooth and enjoyable. He shared excellent recommendations for places to visit, provided all the information I needed throughout my stay, and even arranged a taxi for me to go to Gili Asahan upon check-out. He constantly made sure I wasn’t missing out on anything, which made a real difference. As a lovely and unexpected touch, he even prepared a Christmas present for me something I found incredibly thoughtful. The room itself was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and overall the guesthouse very peaceful. I especially loved the small, charming balcony. Although the mosque nearby can be heard, the call to prayer was beautiful and soothing rather than disturbing. Listening to it during prayer times added a unique and calming atmosphere to my stay. The room was well equipped with everything needed for comfort: a hair dryer, a kettle and a water bottle that you could refill at reception at any time details that are always appreciated. The staff was very responsive and helpful, allowing me a late check-out and even offering me a discount, which I truly did not expect. The hospitality was outstanding: warm, genuine, and caring. Laundry services and bike rental were also available on site, making my stay incredibly convenient and stress-free. It is also very centrally located, close to many cafés and restaurants, all easily accessible by bike or on foot. Overall, this guesthouse offers excellent value, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. I would absolutely recommend it and would gladly stay here again.

Cute, comfy and centrally located! Walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops! Great stopover to the gilis!

Locations is great, it is close enough to walk everywhere and far enough to be quiet. The is amazing, always smiling, always helpful. They even offered help with the transport to another place in Kuta. All was good!

The staff - greeted by the most kind staff working there and also given a glass of refreshing juice when arriving. The staff always asks if everything is ok. A special thanks goes to Lia, the kindest soul working there at reception. Breakfast - Our booking said that breakfast was not included, but we had the surprise to be served breakfast every morning. They have a bigger variety of options from yogurt to pancakes served with coffee or tea. Quiet location one street away from the busiest streets of Kuta. Nice relaxing area with puffs to sit and the decorations have a very beach vibe style. Everything very clean. Air conditioning - only one option available on terms of temperature. Even if you tried with the remote to change the temperature, it didn't work. Only fan speed works. The consequence is that it would get a bit cold.

Excellent customer service especially from Lia, Arya and Ijong, they treat us like princess to me and my friends. The place is really beautiful and nice to chill and rest. Also the breakfast is amazing!!! Perfect place to stay and relax on your holidays

The property was perfectly located in Kuta Lombok, walking distance from from most restaurants but also far enough from the main road it was quiet. The staff was amazing, I stayed there for 21 days and the staff really turned into family. They were so helpful with organizing anything I needed and always made me feel really comfortable. When I got food poisoning Irun made sure I had water and coconuts when I couldn’t get out of bed. Daniel and Jay were always there to have a good chat with me and make me laugh. Arya and ijhong are also so nice, they make the best breakfast and are always checking in with me making sure that I’m happy. Really the staff made my stay the most memorable. ??

great location clean & comfortable

the bed was nice, ac was very powerful. The staff was very welcoming and communicative and helped us with every issue we had. Breakfast was very good and can be served in front of the room. The location is quiet and far enough from the main street so as to not hear the night buzz the bathroom window had a sepparation to allow venting but through that vent a lot of mosquitos were coming in. but it is only the bathroom. we had mosquito reppellant in the room. Also WiFi was around 5 Mbps. So best use data

Loved it here! Clean, lovely staff, great location. Nothing to complain about. Only thing is that my sheets smelled musty like they didn’t dry all the way.
