Location middle Hirafu. Rooms are decent size. No views. Room overlooks another hotel and this makes for zero privacy. Noisy area. Would prefer a digital key card than a bulky physical set of keys

Lovely apartment, super comfortable and conveniently located. There’s a shuttle every 20mins, but if you’re impatient to reach the snow like I was, it’s only a 10 minute walk. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially with booking activities and in-room massage. The shower temperature was a bit unpredictable.

Comfortable, clean apartment. Large by Niseko standards and a solid price point. Great ski lockers and centrally located.

There is a parking and a nice ski room. The room are large, even the smaller one. The kitchen il well equiped ! But, the room on the street aren't soundproof, so you hear people partying until 3AM. The king bed is actually 2 small beds.

The apt was new, bright, spacious and comfy with a mid-sized fridge and freezer and kitchen space to prepare simple things. Discount for summer was a real draw!! It is a block from Seicomart combini and near many bars and restaurants. We commuted there without a car and not too much is open in summer season right around there but enough of a variety of food. We got lots of walking in. The company offered to pick us up and drop us back at Kutchan station for free, which was lovely. For those without cars, the ski lifts on this side of town are not open. Hiking seems better from other areas.

a lovely spacious apartment with very comfortable beds.

- spacious, modern apartment - close to restaurants and bars (the fridge bar and Freddie’s are a few mins walk) - free shuttle to/from the hotel - staff was great - couldn’t find the AC remote - bedrooms didn’t have AC - 10 min uphill walk to ski base area - one of the rooms was set up with 2 beds pushed together instead of 2 separate ones. It took a while to get bed linen and set up the beds - no onsen or food included

cozy and comfortable! sometimes there will be people outside talking when it’s almost midnight. 2 F is too close to G level.

The location was fantastic right in the centre of town. Very easy walk to a range of restaurants, food trucks and convenience stores to be able to get supplies for breakfast etc. Generous room sizes, nice living room with views to Yoeti, as per the booking "Yoeti view room". Staff were great. It would have been good if Akazora had their own shuttle to run you up the mountain. They picked us up from the bus transfer in at Welcome Centre but daily trips were the on the free public shuttle service that only runs once every 20 minutes.

Great location, underground parking helped during snow, garage closet for ski gear, and clean and beautiful spaces! nothing.

amazing location!!! really friendly staff, clean and big rooms. Washing machine in the room was great. Our room was on the ground floor near reception and it can get quite noisy at night when people walk in an out. woke up to someone banging on the reception door and had to let them in. pillows are quite uncomfortable too, really small.
