It’s like a secret oasis in the city especially around Nino Castle. Love the design of Lobby. I borrowed some books about Japanese garden on lobby’s bookshelf, really like them. The Garden view room is a hit. Love the bamboo garden. Peace and quiet. Breakfast choices are also fantastic. It’s not their fault. We have one room with beautiful castle view however it’s bit noisy during the mid night or early morning occasionally. The vehicle especially some motorcycle are really loud.

Sometimes the slot I wanted for breakfast I wanted was not available. Either too early or too late. But a minor gripe.

The location was not near sightseeing attractions other than one castle. The hotel did not have a fitness center or a pool.

Food was good, produce excellent. Bedding was uncomfortable. should at least have some exercise bikes or a very small weight room. And even a small sauna or steam room.

The hotel was really nice however they are advertising for a hot tub and the only thing in the room is a bath tub! We actually booked the room on the basis of making use of the hot tub as we were in the room quite early in the evening with our toddler going to bed. The staff is very friendly and breakfast and dinner were great. Like I said there was no hot tub in the room so the price was too high for us considering this. Bear in mind there's also no spa or pool etc. We complaint about false advertising as it was on our booking that we would have a hot tub and they offered no compensation at all although admitting it was their error.

Traditional Japanese breakfast was fantastic, loved that they cared about the provenance of each item on the menu. Nothing.
