Centrally located, just 2 kms or so from Kyto railway station. Friendly and helpful staff. Considering that i am a vegetarian and dont eat even eggs, the breakfast met my expectations. Plenty of nice eateries closeby and needless to say, 7/11s etc. I have no complaints.

Breakfast was lovely and healthy. As a traditional Japanese food lover. I can say the rice bowl toppings is the best. Super healthy. With fresh salmon, yam, tarako and so many more. I’d love to have my breakfast again there. They even have kale juice as well. If you have those Japanese breakfast. No need for breads. Cute little window of grassplants and waving japanese bamboo. The noise from the street cars in front. I hope they have those joise window-blocking thing.

Had a fantastic stay at this property. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel for easy access, and convenience stores and restaurants all around. The room and hotel facilities were amazing, they even offered bath salts at Reception which I found to be a nice little touch. The team were fantastic, very attentive and friendly and ensured a wonderful stay.

Kids amenity bag was a nice touch many hotels dismiss The beds were not comfortable, pillows were horrible to sleep on, felt like bean bags. Carpets were full of stains and overall didnt feel that clean

It was a decent location to everything, but you will need to taxi to most places, wasn’t walking distance anywhere such as the metro. For some reason the heating/cooling system is automatically set based on the time of year and cannot be changed. Because we were there in mid march, it was set to winter heating, but it was warmer than usual so the room became a sauna, we had to keep the main door propped open to let in cooler air because the windows didn’t open either. Also a small room, but to be expected for a hotel room in Japan.
