Free use of the matcha and coffee machine! 24/7 front desk staff is always a plus. The cleaning staff threw out the shoe box for my boots. Though I did place it next to the trash can, so I understand why they thought it might have been trash.

Great location with bus stop right in front of the hotel that takes you right to Nijo Castle and shopping places as well. Grocery store Fresco and 7eleven within walking distance. I wish to be able to have access to a coffee machine even during the breakfast time, which is limited only to people that purchased the breakfast vouchers.

except I was emailed a bill on the last night even though I paid in full four days previously. Then the front desk early morning did not have that record.

The location within a short walking distance from Kyoto Station. Several convenience stores as well as a grocery store nearby. The room size was as expected for a business hotel in Japan. Enjoyable stay. Washing machine was out of order during the stay. However, there was coin laundry that was a very short distance from the hotel. Otherwise no other issues.

Very easy to arrive at from the Shinkansen. Walked. Clean modern lobby—they held our bags til later check-in. Accommodated our group of 6 rooms. Easy walking to shopping, food, shrines. We were in town for a traditional wedding.

The room was big enough where you can open an oversized luggage comfortably. The mattress was big and comfortable although the pillow was hard. There is a microwave and coffee machine (The caffe latte is among the best when compared to most of the subpar coffee served in Japan) at the dining area. Fresh robes are available at every floor. Staff are also helpful. There's only one washer + dryer so be ready to wait for other guests who may hog it by picking up their laundry an hour after its done (It can only be unlocked with a 4 digit code set by the user). While the hotel accepts bag forwarding from other hotels, they do not provide bag forwarding services to other hotels/the airport. Staff say to head to the closest 7E (<5 min walk) as they can assist with the bag forwarding service however do keep in mind that it's best to hand over your bags 2 days in advance if you want the bags sent to KIX.
