Lovely buffet breakfast with large choice of dishes. Good location, near railway station, with a direct line to conference location. Near nice restaurants and tourist sites nearby. Helpful and courteous staff. Can't think of anything that I was particularly disappointed with. Room had everything I needed, and everything was working. Pleasant enough outlook without being particularly prepossessing.

Great location, friendly staff, good food selection for breakfast, great room and amenities. There was a musty smell around the elevators but my room was smelling fresh. Colleague commented their room had a strong smell of oily fish.

When I would key in my room and the TV would automatically turn on. Especially late at night, it was obnoxious especially after a long day.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel! i was traveling solo and this hotel was extremely comfortable. its close to transit and was great for me to navigate down to osaka two days in a row. i would highly recommend! the staff were warm a welcoming. the accomodations were sleek and modern

This hotel was amazing, and more importantly for me “SPOTLESS”. Very clean and neat. Bed was comfortable and felt like a cloud The location is okay for me, it requires 10+ walking to the station which is very convenient, There’s multiple convenient stores on the same street, Overall, i am very satisfied

The breakfast buffet was really good for my family. They had a few gluten free options, but could have had more. They did try to accomodate me. I also stayed for 10 days, so the gf options got a little old. If only staying a few days, it would have been sufficient. There was plenty to eat.

Great location! Walkable to the train station, main sites and lots of restaurants off the man street. The room was spacious, super clean, well equipped and had the most comfortable beds and linens. I would prefer better bread options at breakfast and peanut butter would be nice.

Ease of getting around, staff, cleanliness, snacks at the mini bar was very reasonably priced. Close to the train. House keeping was over all great did the major things like changing towels vacuuming daily, etc. was inconsistent with replacing minor things like cups, coffee pods, mugs. One day I did find the hotel provided pants and shirt I wore that morning crumpled on the corner on the floor when I had left them in the bed
