This hotel offers excellent accessibility and transportation, with the Airport Limousine bus stop located right next to the property. Everything you need is within easy reach. However, its location in the Kabukicho area comes with some drawbacks due to extreme crowding, noise, and the nature of the district. Despite this, the hotel remains perfectly secure, and you can come and go at any time without being disturbed.

hotel looked lovely and the rooms and bathroom facility were beautiful Check out was at 10 am for the entire hotel! The elevators were jammed and wait time was very long. Also as a traveler, I felt penalized for having to pay a "city tax" for my hotel reservation & stay. In reality, I shouldn't have to pay that fee since I'm not a citizen of Japan.

Good location close to the station, spacious room as for Japanese standards, modern. Nice addition of a nice onsen for guests. Would stay there again when in Kyoto

The onsen and free ice cream The laundry- the staff needs to check the waiting area before removing clothing items from the laundry. I was in the waiting area and staff didn’t bother to check and ask me if my cloths were in the laundry. They just took it out. I get your policy but I wasn’t even that far from the laundry. I was right next to it in the waiting area. The cloths were still damp when the staff took it out. The staff was kind enough to dry my cloths over night. But I still think staff should at least scan the area before removing items from the laundry. The room- the room is too small for a family of 4.

The location was excellent, very close to the Kyoto station where we arrived on the Shinkansen, and where we took the train to visit other parts of Kyoto for sightseeing. It is located on a street with many restaurant options and a few minute walking distance to a main area for shopping and more food options. The hotel is very clean, with a modern but traditional Japanese feel and aesthetic. The room was pretty spacious for the two of us with a duffle bag each. We used the luggage forwarding service to our next hotel destination so we didn’t have to carry our large suitcases from Tokyo to Kyoto. The breakfast was good, it was a yummy western breakfast, with healthy balanced portions. The best thing about the hotel was the clean and modern onsen. We used it every day to relax after a day of walking and sightseeing. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kyoto.

Great location close to station, beautiful hotel
-
A little itty bit far from Kyoto station, like an 8 minute walk. Also didn’t know you had to be completely naked for onsens, but that’s not the hotels fault.
-
The hotel is fresh No windows in the room! The aircondition was really bad and very noisy. The aircondition stopped working at 2:00 in the night every night!!!!!!

The rooms where super spacious and the staff extremely helpful and kind N/A
-
Room and breakfast were very small.
-
Not at all! Dirty
-
Location was great, onsen was very nice, breakfast was good, and staff were friendly and helpful
-
While not overly spacious, the room was the perfect, functional size for Japan standards. My only complaint is the lack of rules for the washing machines. People left their laundry sitting inside for over an hour. The staff should monitor this and remove forgotten clothes after 30 minutes.

Loved the location, building, and size of the room. Our room was a bit dirty on the walls, but they might have just been stained from previous guests.

Two choices for breakfast. If we had stayed a little longer, it would have gotten a little bit boring. But the breakfast was good:)
