Everything and the onsen was a plus Everything was nice :)

The location to the train stations was very convenient; if you're looking to travel around Kyoto, this hotel is great for traveling. There are also probably 4+ convenient stores each less than a two minute walk away from the next. I paid for breakfast with my reservation, which ended up being a cold bento box. After staying at a higher-end onsen for a low price, I felt spoiled, so when I was at Hotel Cuore, it was a little disappointing.

Location was amazing. Literally 2min to Omiya metro station and bus as well. Lot of good restaurants around. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very nice. Sauna and hot pool were great too. Room was a bit small but it is almost everything in Japan i guess like that so not a big deal.

The location was near subway somewhat convenient The property was not very clean. Staff did not ever even switch towels out during our stay. Our luggage transport was missed because staff was out for lunch for a long time. (There was only one working staff the whole day) severely understaffed & staff was not at the desk many times we came to the front desk. There were times they just hid in the staff room and the bell wasn’t working. On top of that the attitude of service was terrible. The girl was giving us attitude about our missed luggage even though they were on lunch & caused it to be missed. They also wouldn’t provide change for the delivery service. When we were checking out we arrived 10 min after checkout(was an subway accident we went on the wrong subway). However we had everything packed already so we told the staff we’re going to get our stuff and come down right after. And she said if we are 15 min past 11 we’ll get charged. So we went up and got the luggage and while I went to drop off the key my boyfriend was bringing the luggage down and the front desk worker came from behind the desk and watched me because I tried to Go back up to help him.

Hot spring water & sauna also available we enjoyed

The location was great, the staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom felt sort of like an airplane or cruiseship bathroom but it did the job and the beds were a little hard. I really appreciated having laundry facilities, however the dryers didnt seem properly maintained and I had to dry my load 4 times before it actually dried my clothes. I think the lint needed to be cleaned out.

Beautiful hotel, felt very traditional and fancy. The location was amazing, so many amazing restaurants nearby. Super quiet area. I didn’t like how the doors locked after 11 pm. I was locked out of the hotel and had to contact customer service to let me in. But I was outside for 30 minutes probably. The beds were also extremely firm and the pillows were very tiny and only gave you one.

The public bathroom/hot tub was so good! Definitely helped us to relax our bodies after a long day walking around Kyoto. Don't think we would be able to check so many sightseeing points without it. Location was phenomenal. Close to the metro station, Omiya may be another big station where there are different lines available, such as to Osaka and Arashiyama. Please don't bring your luggage on the buses as they have limited spaces, hence we mostly used metro unless bus was an easier mode of transportation. We also like that we were able to adjust the AC/ heat in our room and it was so quiet, usually you can hear the AC running at night but surprising it was so quiet. Beds are very comfortable! Room was a bit small but knew that from reading other reviews.

Overall modern and somewhat in a ryokan style, fine for two people even though it’s smaller than it appears. It had everything a person needs, the location was probably fine, and we were able to store our luggage. A bit small, but sufficient.

Location was great. Near to all transport options. Extremly close to the Kyoto tram train which takes you to Arishyama Bamboo forest. Also great place to catch buses to any place you want to go All good

We love the hot tub But there is not enough towels

The size of the room was ok. The amenties were included, and I also had a loundry machine for clothes. Really nice staff. The public bath was functional even if we didn't use it. Good options for restaurants and pubs close by. They offer luggage storage. The pillows were small, and I requested additional ones, but they didn't have..so they provided towels so as to make a pillow out of them :)) a little far from center but really close to subway and buses so transfer was easy.

It was new, clean and tidy Maybe the tv could be more up to date. Like smart tv.

We loved this hotel so much and plan to be back! Close to a lot of restaurants and kobinis, as well as some markets and close to train stations. Definitely give them a try!

very convenient location! the place was very clean and comfy.
-
Comfortable beds, friendly staff, quiet area. Very small space, especially in the toilet. Cleaning only once in 3 days.

The property was clean and easy to get to by bus. It doesnt connect to Kyoto Station so you had to take the bus. Walking places wasnt too bad. The hotel staff wasnt over the top friendly but they werent rude to me either. The beds were very stiff and hard. Out of all the places I stayed in Japan for my 3 week trip, this place was probably my least favorite. I stayed here because the price point was right, but I probably wouldnt stay here again.
