This is hotel is a HIDDEN GEM! The room is slightly small but acceptable! The price was awesome! Location is near the station! Staff was friendly and they responded to the booking early. They even provide light breakfast in the morning!

The beds were very uncomfortable and the bathroom definitely had a mold problem - very smelly

The price was way higher than we expected, as we thought the price was for 3 nights, which turned out to be 2 nights. The hotel is good, but not for that price. With that price, the hotel was not a great value. The price of the day when we arrived was about half, and of course, they won't change it for me.

It’s a really cute hotel that has everything you need. Staff is sweet and the value for money is more than fair. Close to bus and train stations. You should take into account it’s about a 20 minutes walk to the central area. For us it was a plus because the area of the hotel is quiet and nice. It’s a bit tight, like most hotels in Japan. All things considered, it’s a great hotel for the budget.

Staff was amazing! Very helpful and friendly. Location was great! We had easy access to the metro, shopping, and downtown. Hotel and our room was very clean. Our room was a bit tight but we were hardly there so it's ok. The beds are very firm but we slept ok.

It's clean and have some amenities at the lobby and and small breakfast (a little something) It's close to bus stop and train. I forgot my Apple Watch and they hold it for me It's ridiculous small bedroom Stuff barely speak English Was hard to find it cuz the name only is show in Japanese and google took me around the block! ENGLISH is the universal language

They had to near bus stops and metro, the staff was nice and it provided coffee all day long. Absolutely NO WIFI inside the room, you opened the door or stepped out side and had wifi. The room was a little small for 3 people but I guess ok for Japan.

There was no proper service Even the water toothbrush etc had to be paid for. Other than the price mentioned in the booking.com they charged me for another tax for Kyoto city.

Very nice stuff, facility, and the temperature inside was so comfortable, when it was a little bit cold outside it was so nice to return to the warm room.
