Nice clean hotel room, perfect for a few days

Amazing and comfortable room that was a very good size. Last minute booking. The TV didn’t work very well. But no other complaints.

The beds and pillows were hard. The pillows had this rock like material in it and were hard to sleep on. Some of the walls were dirty. I also didn’t like that when we asked for tea the day we were leaving they didn’t give any. The staff were okay and some didn’t know English. We asked if we could store our laptop bag in the back room but they said no. I found them to be a bit unfair.

2 metro station next to the hotel , one to Osaka , second is to Arashiama The old town is about 10 min away by bus . Kyoto station is about 7 min away by bus .

The location is very good, i like the room and i think come back again when travel to Kyoto again.

It’s close to public transit and the staff was friendly and vey helpful. Coffee and ice were available 24/7 Not much

Excellent location. Right near bus and metro stops. Staff was amazing and attentive at all times. Very clean and smelled great.

The beds were a little hard but that’s personal. It is the only thing :)

Brilliant hotel - I really enjoyed my stay here. Modern and very clean. Was a great room to relax and rest in after a long day - super quiet I couldn’t hear anyone! You can request a dressing gown (aka pyjamas) upon check in. Everything I needed was available (towels, slippers, toiletries including toothbrush and razors). There was also a fridge and kettle. The mattress was really comfortable. The cushions a bit on the firm side but this wasn’t a problem for me. Within walking distance to shops, convenience stores, restaurants, and bus stops (approximately 20 minutes by bus from Kyoto Station - I’d recommend taking a bus from the station and not walk as I thought it was doable - but with a massive rucksack on my back the walk felt like it took way longer than it should have. I should have taken the bus!). There was a large window but covered with a privacy film so you couldn’t see outside - you could partially open the window for some fresh air which was good. Unlimited supply of coffee and ice - there was a coffee machine and ice machine in the lobby. Great to start your day caffeinated!! There was no bottled water in the room - this would have made the experience a 10 :) Wasn’t a major issue as there were many convenience stores nearby, but would have been good to hydrate upon arrival.

Really good value for the quality of accommodation. Free tea and coffee. Really good location, close to transport. Highly recommend.

The room was clean, in a good location to get the local buses, and centrally located between different attractions.

Lovely modern hotel at a reasonable price. All the facilities were great. The reception staff were particularly great, always happy to help and even helped us call a restaurant to make a reservation. If in Kyoto again I would definitely stay here. Free coffee was also a bonus! Nothing!
