I was completely satisfied with my stay. Everything was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and professional, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The location was also very convenient. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would be happy to stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for the great hospitality!

The location was exceptional in Kyoto Station for traveling to sights and other areas. It had convenient restaurants and shops. Room were a nice size……larger than the Hotel Granvia in Osaka. This is a minor complaint…….the heated toilet seat in our room was almost hot.

Very spacious hotel. My family of four stayed in a room that looks like an apartment. Everything was clean. Swimming pool was amazing, the property is beautiful and the food is absolutely awesome. We had a room very far from the elevator. In a property that is so huge the hotel needs another elevator…

Well maintained. Rooms were clean and had most of the needed amenities. Staff was helpful. Poor signage and navigation help to locate amenities. I was surprised how many staff lacked English skills for this being a hotel in a major transportation hub, although my comparison is just another hotel in Tokyo. Didn’t feel as intimate and welcoming as other hotels of similar rating.

Location for an overnight stay for early morning Shinkansen. And good food and shopping availability nearby. Large room for Japan standards

The property is quite central and can connect you anywhere in Kyoto, it has direct access to metro which is convenient and the lobby is quickly accessible if you’re walking. Differently to other Kyoto hotels, they charged me additional taxes despite my booking mentioning includes all fees and taxes which frankly speaking is a rip off, the manager apologized and was understanding but did nothing helpful other than to inform upper management. I wasn’t happy and it was a very scammy thing to do. The hotel felt like a very practical business hotel rather than a luxurious one. The furniture was old. The drop off is very confusing even for some taxis.

Nice, clean, quiet Felt like staff were watching every move you make. Didn’t feel comfortable there. Could have been friendlier. Place had a strict , controlling feel to it.

Central location, excellent reception staff Very large hotel so walked easily 5-7min to the elevator to get to the lobby

My only complaint was that they put us in a room that was the farthest away from the elevator. I am 80 years of age and tire easily. I know there were other rooms available. Considering my age and that we had a lot of luggage it seems they could have given us a more convenient room.

We had a room that had bed bugs and we were just moved to a other room. We had to pay to clean our clothes, no offer to help.
