The location is very good, in a good spot for public transportation as well, we used mainly buses and reached most of our touristic interests. The hotel was clean, the staff was nice, the internet was good and a great plus was to be able to use the laundry machines that are at the hotel I can't complain about this hotel, you get what you paid for and the hotel staff is very welcoming.

Well located, decent price, fairly clean :) The fact that they close the room where people could go eat, should be 24hrs, We are travelers sometimes we come back home very late and hungry.

The property is conveniently located and has very comfortable rooms and shared spaces. Most attedants were very helpful and attentive. I liked everything mostly. A couple of attendants seem a little tired and were not as friendly (could be a language barrier) but others made up for that with their kindness.

Loved the location, cleanliness and attitude of the staff, very friendly and helpful. Also the amenities and the room itself. There was a big line for the laundry room, but you can go outside walk for 10 minutes and find a laundromat.

5min walking distance from/to omiya station kyoto. room was a little small but we didn't mind it, but if you have a big luggage it might be tight. Nishiki Market - 20 min walking distance
