The room was thoughtfully designed with a comfortable bed, plenty of power outlets and USB charging ports, and everything we needed for our stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and convenient laundry facilities. Overall, this is an excellent budget-friendly hotel that doesn't compromise on comfort or cleanliness. I'd happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Kyoto.

Staff was nice, aside from that it was a standard hotel. Great price thought and very close to the train. Location is far away from much of the action in Kyoto.

It was my first international hotel so I didn't want to cause a nuisance to the workers with my broken Japanese language. Luckily, the amazing staff members were kind & were able to cooperate every I needed in my hotel ?. I don't think there was anything I didn't like, the room was clean, spacious, and organized(more cleaner than over here in America). So overall perfect ?

Just the location, but still nothing special. I didn't try the onsen so I can't talk about it. I wouldn't stay there again. Toilet door has a big gap underneath, so there is no soundproofing. So hard mattresses, so if you are sleeping on the side, it will be so annoying and you won't sleep well. Only a duvet and a bad A/C, room is so hot and you will not be able to find a good sleeping temperature. Annoying green switch lights next to the bed which are lighting in your face. Fridge has a switch to turn on/off. Initially was off and it makes noise sometimes which is annoying while trying to sleep. Water pressure was inadequate. Bad soundproofing between the rooms. Breakfast was nothing special, very bad actually... I would never stay there again.

Great location, near to either bus stop or metro station. The room is not very spacious, but it is very clean. After all, the price is not very high for accommodation, and it is great value for money to stay. So, highly recommended.

The staff were nice Room was incredibly small. They have a breakfast area and even if it’s empty they won’t let you sit there and enjoy your coffee from the lobby.

This property offered every amenity including a relaxing public bath for tired feet/body, robes, toiletries, breakfast, laundry, coffee and tea. We utilized all of it and stayed an extra night. Bathroom had a deep tub. Great shower! We highly recommend. Bed was really firm but ok.
