Loved the location. It’s just 2 stop away from Gion street. Perfect spot for families.

Fantastic location with convenient access to mini supermarts, convenience stores, quality restaurants and shops. 5-7min walk to train station. Walking distance to Gion district. Hotel wasn't new but good value, clean and staff was courteous. Buffet breakfast was good too. Love having laundry facilities - washer and dryer - but unfortunately some guests fail to time completion of cycles, leaving others unable to do their laundry.

The bed was not comfortable, had pains in my side after waking up.

The rooms were large enough and cleaned daily. Location is a few mins from bus stop and 9 min walk to subway lines so it's easy to get around. Walking distance to Nishiki and Pontocho for those who like to walk further. Unavoidable but congestion in the lifts around 10-11am as people are checking out.

The staff were very friendly and check in/out were a breeze. I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like.

Great to get around Kyoto. Lots of busing options, train close. Great to have a supermarket, restaurants and 711 close by. Appreciated having laundry available Room felt a little “dark”. Need to make more “homey”

Location was great for getting to most sights. On the bus route, close to Shijo station. A great Grocery store next door. The room was clean BUT the rug in the room was dusty and there were long hair strands from previous guests. needs to be vacuumed better in the room. Also with only 2 elevators there were long waits at times
