Staff were consistently accommodating and professional—especially the receptionist upon arrival. The property was clean, quiet, and the rooms exceptionally comfortable. As this was a business trip, I also appreciated the stable, reliable Wi‑Fi. N/A

I really liked everything, but the only thing that would be appreciated is a chair in the room; there was no place to sit aside from the bed. But this seems to be a usual thing in Japan...

The hotel was new and well organized. The room was clean and functional, and the bathroom felt quite spacious, especially compared to my hotel experience in Tokyo. The room had a De’Longhi coffee machine and a variety of tea options. Overall, it met my expectations. The staff were very helpful and spoke English, so we had no problems communicating. I also appreciate their help with the airport transfer on the check-out day. Nothing :)
