The Hotel Staff , very nice, very helpful, very informative. The location was very good, close to the train station, shopping & bus center for touring the sights. The room was good in size, enough room to accommodate a table & chairs comfortably & for our 4 pcs of luggage ( lots of souvenirs purchased) The public areas was dated / worn. Although it was somewhat dated in the public areas The hotel was kept clean & in good working order . The room was clean & in good condition & in working order.

Great location across the street from Kyoto Station and next to Aeon Mall. All of the staff working in the lobby are exceptional - welcoming and always ready and willing to assist with check in/out, luggage delivery or storage. We stayed in the Twin Room on the Premium Floor and rooms were spacious and nicely updated. This was at the least the 4th time our family has stayed at the Miyako Hachijo. Will definitely come back again. No complaints!

Very well located. Close to the train station Confusing experience. Lobby was packed with confused staff. The self checkin machine didn’t work, so we had to go into a line. Elevators were always packed and it took a while to get into an elevator.

The Hotel location is perfect for people who carried big luggage as it is just opposite the Kyoto Train Station. The Shopping Mall are just walking distance from the hotel and alot of Foods to eat nearby. As the hotel is big, there is alot of people every day. the lift is abit slow so we might need to wait for few rounds before we can get into the lift.

LOVE IT! Fantastic location, just right across Kyoto Station, with access to food and shopping. Room was big and there is a big couch along the window. Will stay here again on our next visit! There is an ice and water dispenser on every floor too! N.A
