2泊したけど、1日目の使ったコップ等がそのままになっていて、出来れば変えて欲しかったです。借りられたのかもだけど、スタンドの手鏡があったら良かったです。

This is a beautiful hotel conveniently with walking distance to the train station and Fushimi Inari. Good restaurants nearby as well as stores and pharmacy. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Rooms are spacious, clean, well designed and comfortable. We loved the Jammie’s! Breakfast was great, lots of local food selection and breakfast favorites-you should include this with your room booking as many local restaurants do not open till 10 or 11. Highly recommended and will stay here again.

- Шаговая доступность от станции Киото, возможность позднего заселения; - Номер сравнительно небольшой, но всё необходимое имеется; - Нам достался номер с хорошим видом на Киото; - Всё чисто, приятный дизайн - При бронировании все номера с двухспальными кроватями были только по невозвратному тарифу, поэтому пришлось забронировать номер с двумя отдельными кроватями; - Небольшое недопонимание - девушка на ресепшене подумала, что я говорю по-японски, поэтому всю информацию о заселении мы слушали на японском (мало что поняли); - Практически 100% постояльцев отеля - иностранцы, не все из них воспитанные (но это уже больше проблема Киото).

Location, service, bath facility and breakfast

I recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with breakfast included. The hotel was reasonably clean overall, but upon check-in, I found that the floor in the room I had booked was not properly cleaned, however the staff changed the room for me which was appreciated. As for the breakfast, it was not worth the additional cost. The selection was quite limited, and the menu was exactly the same every day throughout my stay, making it repetitive and lacking variety. For first time to Kyoto, the location was great. Walking distance to some areas, easy to access public transportation via Kyoto Station, or easily findable by GO taxi. Also, just a few blocks from one of the river walking paths. Very comfortable and nice and the staff were very helpful and kind. Free drink service and guest lounge were treats! Nothing really!

Great location! 5 min walk to Kyoto station. Staff was kind and attentive. Onsen was nice. Washing machine was slow, and very busy, people left clothes in after cycle completed.

Beautiful property and location. Room have not hooks anywhere for hanging towels or wet clothes. A second luggage rack would be useful. Coffee was only available for all guests after 10h. They could have a separate coffee machine for those who don’t eat the buffet.

Great hotel, very nice rooms and lovely hospitality! Close to the station, far from the center of Kyoto, but still great if you need to be close to the train station!

Spacious room, comfortable lounge area with beverages for guests. They have lockers for the guests in case you need to keep your luggage whilst waiting for a late flight or train. Very close to Kyoto Station. I appreciate the effort of being eco-friendly, but it wasn’t very clear that we needed to put a sign at the door to have the room cleaned up. Also would prefer to have new or properly cleaned slippers.

This was a proper property for a hotel. Nice and spacious lobby. Professional staff. Nice smell of a good hotel when you walk in. The room was spacious enough comparing to other Japanese hotels. The bathroom was spacious, new and clean. It was just that there was no window to outside which was fine, we were out all days. There was a community bath that was interesting. The location was great, close to the train station which is convenient for commuting. Not having a window to outside which was a bit suffocating.
