Beautiful, clean and surprisingly large room at a convenient location (few mins walk to subway and bus stations, Nishiki market, and lots of restaurants).

Room was spacious and clean- loved having a living area in addition to a sitting area. Plenty of space for our group of 2. The room just felt so calming after a day of checking out the city. It was a few blocks away from the hustle and bustle of the city but completely walkable and tucked away on a quiet street. There were a few convenient stores within a few blocks so very easy to get to food, restaurants, shops. Loved our stay!

It has a lot of space and it is so clean. I really like how you have to leave your shoes by the door. They provide slippers. Very convenient with a washer and dryer and a kitchen. Everyone that worked there was super helpful and friendly. Their customer service was exceptional. They truly showed that they cared. Nothing

The junior suite was so nice, the beds were excellent and everything was very stylish, a mix of traditional and modern! The bathroom was next level. There is also a laundry machine in the hotel. The air conditioning was not so good, and the refrigerator was too small and hadn’t had a proper freezer. Location was okay.
