Nothing Worst experience in luxury hotel in my life, will never come back to a six senses.

This is the costly room which we paid in whole trip to Japan. Breakfast was not included in this deal.

The layout of the place was beautiful and very well thought through. It was a really gorgeous place. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Spa treatment were impeccable, I left relaxed. Beautiful bar and cocktail making experience. Room was spacious and beautiful and we loved staying in when we got the chance. We also liked the use of technology in the room. How they scammed us on the sushi that was pretty average. I mean the sushi in South Africa was alot better so expected a bit better (we stayed at One & Only a couple months ago). For the price we paid, we expected much much more and it was a let down. I would not recommend the experience largely due to pricing vs food. Generally as well, the pricing was really an issue for what we received, it was bit of a let down and incredibly over priced which is why we stopped having dinner there our last two nights. Cocktail menu needs to be expanded as too limited.

Beautiful and very clean. Also, very comfortable. The staff are all amazing! Anything that you need you can ask the front desk and they can arrange it for you. They went above and beyond to help me. Highly recommend! Everything was fantastic! Nothing.

Spacious rooms, friendly staff. They all made an effort to remember our son’s name and were very playful with him. Very helpful with restaurant recommendations and bookings! AMAZING breakfast.

Everything about our stay was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived; the staff made us feel special and welcome. Attention to detail was unmatched. The design in the hotel created such a peaceful atmosphere - the lobby, the room and garden. We enjoyed the breakfast and lunch. Every meal we had was a unique culinary experience. Our spa experience was also very special. This was our first stay at a six sense hotel and we can’t wait to explore another location. Wifi was not great but we didn’t have much need for it.
