Wow. This hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The rooms were huge, bright and very well stocked. The washer/dryer in the room was a godsend for us as a family with a baby and the bathroom was luxurious with a freestanding bathtub. The staff are very welcoming and downstairs there is a cafe and salad bar all with fresh colourful ingredients. This hotel was 1/3 the price of the more popular family suites chain in Japan but it was every bit as good if not better

Exceptional

A modern chic studio room. We got breakfast each morning only for $10AUD each. Delicious! Loved the bath and Netflix in the room. Air con was hard to work out (all in Japanese), same with our washing machine, the door got locked and we couldn’t open it. Staff very ver helpful with fixing this though.

Well located near the Temple and plenty of shops. Plus 10 mins walk from Kyoto station. Our room was very comfortable and the super sized bathroom was a dream. The housekeeping is run by the cafe downstairs… initially the service was a little slow as they were busy in the cafe. The hotel is located on a busy road .. rooms at the front will experience some road noise.

Perfect room facility, good and quiet location and hotel staff are very helpful even their English speaking are not fluent. Hot water in the bathroom is not warm enough sometimes.

The room was spacious and well decorated, the bathroom was lovely and the beds were comfortable. This was the nicest and most relaxing hotel we stayed in whilst in Japan, the staff were also friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The light in our room wasn't accommodating for anyone over 5"1, wasn't a problem for me but my husband smacked his head a couple of times.

Very helpful and welcoming staff. The location is great because it's just a 15 minute walk from Kyoto Station. There's also a bus stop across the road so you can easily get to any part of the city quickly. This hotel has a good modern look while still being very comfortable. Breakfast was very good too.

The place was very clean and the laundry was nice, it was spacious and it was handy to have the kitchenette. It was great to be walking distance to the train station. Many items seemed missing or broken. There were no bowls and the kitchen didn’t really have many utensils for food prep. The shower faucet handle was broken, and the shower head holder didn’t work. There were no hooks or place to hang wet towels. The mattress said it was king size, but it was really just two smaller mattresses pushed together with an uncomfortable ridge between them.

The staff were lovely, having a lounge in the room, nice bath, washing machine in the room, free Netflix, the breakfast was tasty. The bed was the worst bed I have ever slept on I ended up sleeping on the lounge the last night, broken shower head.

Lovely hotel. Modern feel. Perhaps not the best option for families with little children as it is a bit of a walk to the train station, but still a great location.

Great hotel! We wanted to be close to Toji Temple so this was perfect. My daughter especially liked the Dyson Air Wrap and accessories:) Quick walk from Kyoto Station.

Great hotel, friendly and warm staff. Room has a washer/dryer that was so important and convenient for us on long travels. Room was big too for 4 of us. Wifi was great and so was the Netflix! There were even a Dyson hair dryer and air purifier too! How great is that! Everything was great!

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT! STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL The location was little far from the places I wanted to visit.
