It was nice to have windows that opened with a city view. The staff were amazing. Great to have a washing machine and drier available. Excellent location. We were given 5 free drink vouchers for the lovely cafe downstairs. (Family of 5) Not a lot of space to sit in the bunk rooms.

The location was great! Subway station nearby and the neighborhood hosts lots of designer and coffee shops. The room was spacious and clean. There is an in-house coffee shop which was for a heavy coffee drinker like me:)
-
The hotel was modern and clean. Also, just a short walk to shopping and train stations.
-
Very well located in a central but quiet street, 10 min from Nishiki Market. Breakfast was quite poor. Second drink was charged.
-
Great size room, plenty to move around. Great locations, surrounded with restaurants too many to choose from, 5mins walk to Nishiki Markets. Walking distances to Gion area. I have no negatives here, Im happy to book here again for sure.

Nulla
-
Location The fact that there is no sunlight coming into the rooms. Windows are frosted ,small , and hardly opened.

I liked its location, the hotel aesthetics, and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The property was a nice place to relax after being out all day. It had a clean and modern look that felt calming and sophisticated. The dryers in the laundry room took a long time to dry clothes. A later check out time would also be desired.

Check out of the hotel early (10 am)

Very nice room, great location. Loved the robes and bathroom. Breakfast not included, not a lot of natural light in the room but we were aware if this.

Our room was large and clean. It had plenty of space for us. The bathroom was spa like. We loved the location. Right near the market but still on a quiet street! The staff was super friendly and helpful. I'm not sure what could have been better. We had a great stay.

Location and style is great. Breakfast was delicious. They refused to accommodate family of 5 in 1 room, making us booking one more room. So we had 2 extra beds and extra expenses. Not flexible.

Clean, calm and friendly No coffee in the rooms
