The location is good, and the room was very big.

Staff was very helpful and attentive. The location was good not too far from the market. The room is very comfortable.

The location was great. We ended up walking to many sights and the nearby train station had two different lines. The laundry was only one machine that did washing and drying. However, our clothes came out damp so we needed at add more time.

We went to nearby Paul's for breakfast. No food at the hotel. Coffee machine downstairs. Great bathroom. Being older, the Japanese-style floor seating did not work for us. Thus we used the beds.

The hotel location was excellent—very close to the city centre and many of the places we wanted to visit. The staff were extremely friendly, and the room was very spacious, with a large sitting area that we really enjoyed. The bathroom and shower were also great. Overall, it’s definitely a great place to stay and I would recommend it. There were just a couple of things that bothered me. The pillows were very uncomfortable, extremely flat and not supportive at all. The laundry facilities, although was paid one (and priced similarly to city laundromats), were of poor quality. The washing machine didn’t clean the clothes properly, and stains remained, possibly due to low-quality detergent. The dryer was also ineffective, even after two cycles, the clothes were still damp. We ended up doing our laundry at an external laundromat, which was much faster and more effective. For a hotel of this standard, better facilities would be expected. There was no microwave in the room, which was a bit unusual, although there was a shared one in the lobby. Also, there were no plates or cutlery provided in the room, which would have been useful even for small snacks.

This is a VERY good LOCATION for exploring surroundings, very safe neighborhood, very friendly but unobtrusive staff. It was small but cozy (the key was an actual key, not a card!) We should have stayed here for longer! There is nothing I would change. Very nice!

Very clean, good sized room with twin beds and a tatami mat seating area. Easy to walk to downtown and sightseeing without being busy on the doorstep. A very relaxing stay. Nothing bad about this accommodation but there is nothing fancy about it.

Location was very convenient to trains and many restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance. Bed was comfortable after long days sightseeing. The shower/tub combo had the best water pressure! Nitpicking here - towels could have been thicker and maybe another pillow.

Loved this boutique hotel! The bath/shower was amazing! I miss it! Staff was great. The location is perfect. We could walk to great food in the covered passages, the fish market, so much shopping, and a station. All close by. The hotel is small and quiet. Excellent coffee in lobby. Washing machine on site, but be warned, it takes hours to finish (“dries” too). Nothing

Spacious room for a couple, very good location, near subway station, near bus stop and lots of stores. The room was clean, the hotel overall nice and the staff excellent in assisting guests.

Room was great, very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. A great room and value will stay again. Great location I only rated facilities lower because beside the room, laundry, coffee and amenity service there was no gym which was expected. When I hear the word facilities its more than a room and bathroom

Large rooms and location

Great location if you want to be close to lots of good shopping streets and delicious food. The room was very large which was nice as this was our final stop before we flew home so it was nice to organize our bags. The bathroom was amazing. Very large and well equipped. Staff were very easy to communicate with prior to and during our stay and very accommodating.
