The location. It was walkable distance to the train station and also near the meeting place for the tour.

The staff. A water dispenser was needed over an ice dispenser. Also, there were a lack of hooks for hanging things up, to keep stuff off the floor, and out of the way.

it's location, it is adjacent to the elevator to the asakusa-keihan line that serves narita and haneda airport. the area is also quiet part while u can walk about a block to the lively area in asakusa senjosi temple and also the skytree nothing really

Staff was great, I booked two rooms and the manage to put us next to each other There are only two washing machines, sometimes it's difficult to catch one to use.

located very close to Kyoto Station?and other interesting places to see like TeamLab? receiving area did not have enough sitting area; regarding laundry services, suggesting to add more washer and dryer.

Room was small, tight. Spartan breakfast at next door restaurant, also very tight. Staff was competent and helpful. Tight room.

The bed was really comfy and the tv was awesome! It was really expensive for the location, I found it not to be as close to the city of Kyoto as we had hoped. It was also really small.

near the train station, with a room comfortable in space, it was easy to check in and check out they did some luggage storage with no problems. and the space was clean and near many stores and train/bus station

Clean. Comfortable bed, good location Tiny room, step up to bathroom , bed tight against wall on one side. Hard to get out of.

Staff is nice and welcoming. Tub/ shower- difficult for a petite individual to get in. Initially very difficult to find; got lost a couple of times until I found landmarks
