Location was great! A short walk to the Kyoto station and any subway stations. About a 40 min walk from Gion! Could've had more places to throw our trash. They only collect it on request.

Convenient location, clean, easy to access check-in and good communication with management. I will stay here again. Good value. Rooms are a bit small.

Great room for the value. Neighbourhood was quiet and comfortable beds. Close to Kyoto train station.

We did checked in in their other premises (5 min walk) from Kyoto Station, and store my luggage there, and tell them, we will collect in the late afternoon. However, they delivered our luggage and put it in the room we were going to stay in. Really appreciate it!

no elevator toilet water and seat cold bed hard too small and many other things. its suitable for solo traveller.
