Location, staff, facility was all excellent. Buffet breakfast and all the restaurants available was all beyond what I had imagined. Everything you can imagine is right here. Rooms were so clean and buffet breakfast was delicious!

Beautifully-designed hotel with spacious superior quadruple room. Wonderful customer service at front desk and a treat to indulge in the spa (public bath) if do desired. Conveniently-located restaurants located in the same building and a 7-11 close by. Difficulty finding hotel from train station, but easy once you know the way. Also, small obscure entrance easy to overlook among 2nd floor restaurants - take escalator to 3rd floor as an alternative.

Quiet, clean, and spacious. There aren’t many washing machines, and the ones that do exist only accept coins. Unfortunately, there’s no coin exchange machine nearby.

The rooms were large and well laid out. We loved the large bathtub. The breakfast was fantastic. The location was amazing.As there is a special overpass to the local train station, that is only one stop from the kyoto station. Many buses stop right in front of the hotel. We have nothing negative to say about this hotel at all. It was a great stay. Absolutely nothing!

Next to metro station, great staff, nice facility A little farther away from the main touristic sites (not walking distance, but easy to reach by train/bicycle)

The hotel is designed beautifully and very well maintained. The room is spacious and it is relaxing to take a bath in its onsen after a full day’s traveling. It is also connected to JR, one stop away from Kyoto station. The hotel’s lower level has many restaurants, which are convenient if you want to grab a bite but does not want to go too far. The location is just a little far away from key tourist areas but with JR, it isn’t very bad. It was about 15 minute away from Kyoto station, where you can transit to key tourist spots.

Spacious room! Have 3 individual beds and decent amount of living spaces. Bathroom is arge too The hotel also offer lavish breakfast spreads with everything from fresh pastries to local specialties. Nothing that I can think of!
