Rooms we nice and clean. Quite and convenient location Nothing to complain about

The room was spacious and clean, separate bathroom was great. No smart TV and room was not cleaned very often and coffee was not replenished during out 5 night stay, but otherwise it had everything we needed for a comfortable spacious stay. Location (a bit far from city center but if you like to walk so it's a pleasant walk) House cleaning should be done more often

We booked last minute when our trip to Okinawa was cancelled due to a typhoon. The location was super convenient, close to a subway stop and a combini. The room was quite large and there were 4 beds for our family. The washing machine IN UNIT was a wonderful added bonus! No dryer, so be prepared to air dry your items. And we couldn’t figure out the hot water. ?

Excellent staff - helped me to book acupuncture appts., ship my luggage, and tell me where to find good gyoza ! Beds were a little too firm, but not bad

Access to the premises was easy. It was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very responsive and there were various amenties for us. This was a really nice hotel which we liked staying at.

Nice quiet location near subway station

Perfect for 3 of us as the room contained 4 twin beds. It also had a seating area. The location was very good. Staff was helpful. Loved that there was a washer. The toilet room was very small, but accommodating.

The TV wasn’t a smart one so we were stuck watching Japanese local channels, old movies.

Great location for bus and subway lines ideally located to access the temples and shopping areas. We especially like the neighborhood. The amenities were excellent really nice in room bath and shower good beds comfortable space and we especially enjoyed our balcony room.

The location was great. Easy to get to and in a quiet but trendy area. Lots of great shopping and restaurants nearby, everywhere we needed to go was easy to access by walking, train or bus. The train station nearby even sometimes has trains that will take you to Nara with no transfers needed. The room was clean and I thought decently sized for Japan. Yukata were provided. Amenities included cotton pads and swabs, toothbrushes, razors, and hair brushes. There were umbrellas for guests to borrow on rainy days as well. We delivered our luggage to the hotel from Tokyo and when we arrived the bags were already placed in our room. Everything was good

It was in a great location, with convenient store nearby and room size was decent. It was a bit dusty and humid inside. Even with the humidifier turned on it smelled and felt humid. The water for shower did not come out hot enough.

Staff do not speak english.

On a nice quiet street - close to transit and only a 15 min walk from the market Nothing - it was excellent

Very good hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Room is huge for the four of us with separate shower and toilet which is a plus. Used the washing machine inside the room nightly. Staying for 6 nights. Staff helped me with sending luggage to our next hotel in Tokyo and the airport. Would stay here again in the future.
